ANGELIC VACATIONS, on the West side of 101, in the quaint and peaceful village of Yachats awaits your special time on the Central Oregon Coast. These family owned and managed Ocean View accomodations have all the amenities of a comfortable home away from home and are perfect for any season on the dramatic and exciting Oregon Central Coast. Yachats is where the forest meets the ocean and is truly inspiring and magical, there is always something special for returning or first time vistors.
Fully furnished and well equipped, our homes are warm and inviting with just one-half block easy access to the rocky and sandy Oregon Coast. Only six short blocks walking distance to town; grocery shopping, craft markets and great restaurants, the homes are in quiet, family oriented neighborhoods that are safe and secure for kids of all ages.
Just steps from the front door of each home, the 804 walking and biking trail runs North and South along the Coast, explore tidepools, rock formations, pocket sand beaches and marine life all year round. With the windows open you can hear the crashing ocean waves depending upon the tide levels and storm activity.

- Linens Provided: Guests may also supply their own linens and towels if desired. We ask that guests leave the homes in the condition that they were upon arrival (or better)and no cleaning fees will be charged, all laundry facilities and cleaning supplies are provided.
- Off Street Parking: Driveway parking for 4 vehicles at the Haven and only 2 vehicles at the Angelic Abode or the Angelic Oasis. No street parking allowed by City ordinance.
- Wood Stove: All homes have a very efficient wood burning stove that keeps the home very warm. Electric wall heaters are also available in each room. Please bring your own wood to burn in the stove and do not attempt to burn any drift wood.

- King Bed: All homes have two separate bedrooms plus several additional spaces that work well for sleeping other guests in a semi-private situation.

- Convertible Bed (3) : There are comfortable sofa-beds as well as solid wood framed futons available for use. Plenty of towels, linens, extra pillows and blankets are available or guests may bring their own.

- Charcoal BBQ Grill: Charcoal BBQ grills are provided at all homes, you must bring your own charcoal and starter materials.
- Deck/Patio: All homes have extensive decks for outdoor entertaining, relaxing and privacy, also some have ocean views.
- View/Location
- Ocean View: Good ocean views from several interior areas of the homes and exterior decks. Only one-half block to Coastal access. Steps to the 804 trail which provides miles of walking and biking access to rocky shoreline, sandy beach and marine life.
- Communications
- Telephone: Local and toll free calls are available at no charge, all others must use phone card or cell phone service.
- WiFi (Wireless Internet): Wi-Fi access is available at the home for an additional charge, please inquire. Wi-Fi access is available at several sites within walking distance of the homes. The Drift Inn, The Green Salmon and the Yachats public Library have internet access available for no charge.
- Other Amenities
- Angelic Haven-Large, private fenced backyard and deck with Ocean views; comfortable interior sunroom; driveway parking for four vehicles; Angelic Abode-Wooded property front and rear; quaint walking bridge over running stream with waterfall to private backyard with deck. Awesome views from loft and upper deck. Driveway parking for two vehicles only. Angelic Oasis, great craftsman touches include arched doorways, built in bookshelves, custom kitchen with glass front cabinets as well as interior sunroom with bridge over creek with waterfall. - Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: No pets of any kind are permitted either in the interior or exterior of the homes. Substantial charges will be incurred and guests will be asked to leave with no refunds.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): The Angelic Haven features grab bars in the master bathroom for ease and convenience.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): The Angelic Haven features larger doorways and after the first steps into the home all rooms are on the same level.
- Kid Friendly: Lots of movies, books, games and toys for kids of all ages are provided at all homes.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Responsible contact must be 21 or over.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is only allowed outside the Angelic Haven and the Angelic Oasis we request that all cigarette butts are disposed of properly. Substantial charges will be incurred for smoking in the homes and guests will be asked to leave with no refunds. There is no smoking allowed at the Angelic Abode inside or out and non-smokers are preferred.

Mark and Jannah moved to Oregon in 2002 and searched the Oregon coast for that special place to develop a vacation home rental business. Yachats has that magic we were looking for, small town feel, friendly folks, limited commercial development, no fast food and no casinos were all important factors in our selection.
