This renovated home built in the Art Deco style of the 1940's is outfitted with new ultra modern furnishings and stunning stone floors with modern design details. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views while swimming and lounging around the pool or a relaxing massage under the pounding waterfalls. The backyard has a fully furnished atrium situated off of a 500 square foot media room with Netflix cable, 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom and spa. One bedroom has a full wet bar. My group of 10 people were in a major bind to find a home last minute. The management team that helped us rent this home were over the top amazing. Great communication and support. The home lived up to those expectations. Amazing value. Great entertaining home. Not a single complaint. We'd rent and/or recommend others to rent this home any time. Thanks a ton.

We rented the Waterfall home for a 5 day stay for a Wedding and a 30th Birthday celebration! The home was perfect for our group of 10 people. The lay out of the house is amazing...plenty of room for everyone to sleep and have their own personal space. The pool area is amazing we spent nearly every hour of daylight by the pool and even made a trip to the close by Rite Aide for some pool floaties! The house allowed for us to have people over to celebrate our many occasions and the jaquzzi was amazing in the evening! Such a great entertaing house, wouldnt recommend for a family but great for a group of young adults! The house is just a few blocks from DT palm springs which made driving to Coffee Bean for our daily dose easy. The house was stocked with all the amenities we needed and we even did laundry during our stay. We all had a great time and when we return to PS we definitely will want to stay here again...and the rental agency was nothing but accomodating! We loved this house!
