We really enjoyed our stay. The condo has everything you might need. A quiet part of the beach, but not too far from Daytona. We loved the sunrises!!! We watched dolphins swimming right past almost everyday. We hope we can go again someday

My family and I stayed at the Mason's condo 7-23-30-11. It was clean, roomy, and just what we expected. I would recommend this to anyone. Ruthann is a great person to rent from.

My family stayed at the Mason's condo last summer. We were there at the end of July or early August. It's now January 2011 and I am writing this review because I feel guilty that I have not written a review yet and they deserve a good review. (I told my husband I should write a bad review so the place would be available, but I cannot do that.) We really enjoyed staying here. I am not a big fan of Daytona Beach, because it can be crowded, but staying here was not like being up in the wilds of Daytona. The beach was quiet and at night it's wonderful. We saw sea turtles nesting, watched satellites, saw several falling stars and walked and walked. The daytime beach is good too, especially Monday thru Friday. Do know this: The open living space is not huge. Don't stay here if you want to ignore the people you are with. One night we had 4 teenagers and two adults but with no problems. And the space is comfortable. Some games and entertainment are provided. The pool is street side, not beach side. Mom and Dad cannot sit by the pool and watch the family. The view from the balcony is limited when you are sitting back. It's not an expansive balcony. The master bedroon is snuggly. You may not want to leave it. They keep a supply of beach towels, chairs, etc on hand. You can see Dolphins most mornings if you make the effort to look. Also, go up to Daytona Beach and play the tourist one night. Last summer they had fireworks every weekend. Wander the boardwalk and people watch. If something is amiss, call Ruth. She will respond. A part of a door broke on us and she really followed up with us to make sure everything was OK. (My husband fixed it - it gave him something to do.) This is not a luxury condo, but it has all you need for a good time! I really do recommend it.

If you are looking for a nice, "clean" condo on the beach, pick this one. I took my wife and kids down last week, (week of the 4th) and we were delighted. It's not the newest building down there, but it is everything that it is advertised to be. The unit has everything you need, it's very well maintained, and you can not beat the views. The beds were comfortable, everything worked, and we really enjoyed our stay. I'm usually ready to come home after 4 or 5 days, but I really wished we would have booked it for two weeks. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

What a beautiful condo - clean and well-maintained. We loved the beach - miles of walking - the sand is clean and basically shell free. We got to see a sea turtle lay her eggs - it was amazing! We enjoyed relaxing in the family room and the bedrooms were great. We would recommend this condo to anyone. Ruthann is wonderful to work with - no hassles! We went to the Ponce Inlet lighthouse - wonderful. Parasailing is available right by the lighthouse - we had a blast! The restaurants are good - our favorites were Ocean Beach (in Daytona) and North Turn (right down the street - we walked on the beach to get there). All in all - a great family vacation site!

My wife & I stayed at the Mason's condo January 2010. We found it to be very clean and everything was as advertised. The condo is located in an area with minimal traffic, yet close to many of Florida's attractions. We enjoyed the view from the balcony of the ocean and the shrimp boats and being able to walk from the condo onto the beach. Our family had an absolutely perfect vacation here. Usually, by the end of a week away from home I am ready to sleep in my own bed, but that wasn't the case here. I didn't want to leave! This was our first visit to Ponce Inlet, but it definitely won't be our last. The extremely wide beach is breathtakingly beautiful. My children loved everything about our trip(the beach, the pool, the lighthouse, and the turtle center). We also made an easy day trip to the Kennedy Space Center, which was great. The condo has everything you could possibly need and the owners are wonderfully easy to deal with.

This condo has everything you need and more! Super clean, comfy beds, spacious, fabulous balcony view. Neighbors in condo are friendly. The beach is gorgeous here! The owners are fantastic to work with - the rental transaction was hassle free. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at the condo and again it was wonderful. The area is so lovely and quiet. The beach is so beautiful and I love watching the sunrise from the balcony. It is a great place for families and the condo had everything that we needed for a great stay. We hope to be back. thank you

We have rented in Daytona previously so I wasn't sure how we would like being further down the strip. Absolutely no contest this one wins hands down. Just far enough away from the noise but still close enough so as not to have to drive to far for entertainment. Very clean, well maintained and great folks to rent from.
