Relax in our 4th floor Oceanfront Condominium and enjoy the fabulous view. Watch the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset from the front door. You won't find a better beach and with as few people. It is wide, non-drive and great for biking and walking. There is plenty of soft sand for castle making and the grade is so gradual that you can walk out in the water a long way before it even reaches your knees. Toddlers and up will enjoy playing at this beach.After the beach relax in our heated pool that is away from the wind and non-shaded.
For a day excursion you are about 1 hour from Orlando, St. Augustine and Cape Canaveral. Close at hand are Daytona's attractions as well as Ponce Inlet's own boating, fishing, many restaurants and historic lighthouse. The unit has upgrades of new paint, carpeting, blinds, windows,linens and flat screen TV. This beautiful, well maintained condo is all you need for a fun-filled beach get- away.

Why the Owner Chose Ponce Inlet
We have seen many beaches in Floida but none that rival Ponce Inlet. The beach is obviously wide,beautiful and uncrowded with great sand but that alone did not clinch it for us. What we especially liked is that the sand goes out so gradually that we didn't have to worry so much about our kids in the surf. We love the sand bars and pools that develope that allows our kids to play in the surf without fears that they will be swept away. We also love to walk on the beach and the fact that it is so flat and doesn't have many shells makes for a great walk. We have friends who have to check the tides at their beach to see when there will be enough hard pack sand for biking or walking. At Ponce inlet you don't ever have to worry about that. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We have also enjoyed being close enough to Daytona that we could take advantage of all that it has to offer. It is also close enough to Orlando,Kennedy Space Center and St. Augustine that these could all be day trips. If you don't want to leave Ponce Inlet that is no problem. It has numerous great restaurants, boating opportunities and attractions that you could stay right at home. Don't miss the best lighthouse in Florida just minutes away. The kids will also enjoy the turtle center and bird sanctuary;that is if you can get them out of the pool.

We are the Mason family and we love to travel. We would love to show our kids around the globe but we usually have to settle for around the country. We have been to the heights of Glacier National Park and the lows of Death Valley. Even with all our travels our family only has one home away from home and that is our condo in Ponce Inlet. We live in Michigan so going south to the beach has a special meaning for us. We all have grown to love our little slice of beach heaven. We hope that you come to enjoy it as much as we have.
