You walk into an expansive great room with soaring cathedral ceilings and windows ajoined by a screened in porch, wet bar and fridge allowing for relaxing outdoor dining or entertaining.
Fully renovated in 2007, this home has two master suites with king-size beds and en suites. There is a jacuzzi tub in one of the masters. A third room has a double, twin bunk bed and a twin sleeper and adjoining bathroom. There is a pull out double bed in the great room for additional sleeping. A free hour of tennis per day is provided for guests at Sea Pines Racquet club.
The brand new kitchen is a gourmet cook's dream with a gas Viking range and griddle, double GE monogram ovens, wine fridge,bar sink and fabulous quartz and granite counters.
The great room has gorgeous new furniture and has been stocked with many games, movies and an iHome player for your music needs.
You can relax in the family room area to watch the large new flat screen TV with digital cable and PVR capability. Or you can just stare at the lagoon, watching the wildlife, herons, golf course or pool area.
It is only a short stroll or bike to the beach along the bike path. Enjoy the beautiful large, new private saltwater pool, spa and outdoor shower.
This home has beautiful hardwood floors throughout with a wood burning fireplace and a triple car garage.

We spent a week in mid-September in this gorgeous home and could not have been more thrilled with the accomodations. The layout was fantastic in that someone could watch TV in one room while others could relax and read in another; the bedrooms were just right (our daughter loved the bunk bed) and the kitchen was amazing. My favorite spot in this entire house though is the screened in porch. I had my morning coffee and evening glass of wine out there and we ate most of our meals there as well. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Just perfect! We will definitely be back! Only draw back is that we want to take friends who are allergic to pets and this property is listed as pet friendly.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This was hands down the best experience we have had with a vacation rental. The owners have done a great job of making the house comfortable and current and the renovation to the kitchen spared no details. We just returned from a magical stay at this beautiful home! The pool is in a picturesque setting, with wonderful golf and lagoon views. We spent every evening on the huge screened porch listening to the pool's waterfall. This home has everything you could imagine, including plenty of pillows, linens, blankets, cooking utensils (except a hand mixer and mixing bowls!). The furnishings are beautiful, but the white and off white scared me with three children! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!Owner response: Thanks Kara, Glad you enjoyed your stay as our very first renter. I'm bringing mixing bowls and a hand mixer next week.
