Year Purchased: 1986
My husband Dick Brewer and I have been happy property owners of our condo for many years.
We have our own home not far from this only because we are farmers on the side. My husband and I sell Kauai property and Dick also makes some of the best surfboards in the world. Both of us have loved the lifestyle of Kauai and plan on many more years of this beautiful island.

We love Kauai and also have a home in the area. So many wonderful beaches and the best of weather too.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Listen to the surf outside just a few feet away. I love how it does not face into the sun and stays cool all year around. Also close to the pool so I can use it at night also. We love the fact that it is on the top floor and we don't get the noise of anyone walking on top of us.
