Our Oceanview Sealoft is like living in a tree house with views from two decks of the mountains, pool, and ocean. Our grounds include shady gazebos, a large central barbecue, a garden-surrounded pool, palm trees, and lush tropical trees and plants.
Located on the Atlantic Ocean and a five minute walk to the Caribbean Sea. It's about four minutes to the first tee of the "Royal St. Kitts Golf Course" and within walking distance of the grocery stores and restaurants.

Our family (with 3 kids aged 11, 9, and 6) stayed at this apartment for a week and loved it. It is located conveniently at Frigate Bay with walking distance to shopping and a number of great restaurants. The owner was very friendly and responsive by email both before our trip and after we arrived. We were told to lock our doors when away and at night. We had no security issues and felt totally safe during our stay. We were glad to have opted for the Sealofts apartment instead of the Marriott nearby at the end of our stay. Our apartment cost a fraction of what it would have cost to stay at the Marriott and offered everything we needed! We met another family on our day trip to Nevis, and they stayed at the Marriott, they even had to pay for internet. The apartment was equipped with all the essentials as stated. Our kids took full advantage of the swimming pool that is only steps away from our apartment. It was as if we had our private swimming pool since not many people used the pool; the water was very clean. Our neighbor was really nice and helpful to us. We had a great time during our stay. We liked the layout of the studio loft, the property, the pool, the beach at the doorstep, tennis courts close by and enough wind to kite surf every day. The owners were amazing with a very warm welcome and prompt help when we had problems after a short power outage with the refrigerator. The property was very calm, therefore relaxing and the pool seemed never crowded. A lot of time we had it all for ourselves. We also enjoyed the many family run restaurants close by ( Italian, French, East indian, a pizza place, and a Mexican beach restaurant). Also, it is very easy to reach the beach on the Caribian side with a 15 minute walk which is not windy and very nice to spend the day by having a drink and renting a beach chair as a base to read a good book and enjoy a swim in the clear warm ocean water.In addition, we did not need to rent a car since the taxis stand is very close to the sea loft property and the island is small enough to explore in a day or two via a tour. Therefore we could fully make use of everything in and around the property without having the feeling on missing out on anything.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

Why the Owner Chose Frigate Bay:
We bought our rental unit because it was so close to the Beach and has a great view of the sunrise in the morning and sitting on the deck watching the ocean is wonderful. Also, a great deck to soak up the sun while reading or sun bathing.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We are within walking distance to all the great eatting places, the casino, the golf course,just 3 miles from the grocery stores and 7 miles from the airport. We are only a 10 minute walk to the Caribbean Sea and the Beach Bars along the strip. Also being able to make plans to vist all of the wondeful sites that are available in St. Kitts and Nevis, and most of all the weather, we always have cool breezes and its always warm
