It's situated on the Intracoastal Waterway just steps (three houses) from your own beautiful beach park with crystal clear blue waters and soft white sand. Close to famous, quaint, and trendy "Atlantic Avenue" (also known as: "Village By The Sea") bustling with seaside indoor/outdoor restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, art galleries, etc. The house is also just two miles east of I-95 making it ultra convenient in getting around, sightseeing, and exploring Florida.
It is a rare opportunity to rent a quality, custom built waterfront and beach home like this one. Most rental properties are investor quick "fixer-up-ers" that may photograph well but disappoint on arrival and location. Not this one. We are the sole owners of this beautiful and pristine "allergy free" home. (Sorry, no inside smokers please).

The Master bedroom/bathroom suite is wonderful with double sinks, walk-in closets, vaulted cedar ceiling with fan, and french doors overlooking the pool, patio, and dock.
There are TWO dining areas: one inside and one out. BOTH seat six and BOTH overlook the pool and intracoastal waterway. We just purchased "brand new," outdoor patio furniture with swivel/rocking chairs and chaise loungers. The pool, patio, and dock area enjoys SOUTHERN SUN EXPOSURE, which is KEY for poolside sunbathing and overall afternoon sun.
