Close to famous, quaint, and trendy "Atlantic Avenue" (also known as: "Village By The Sea") bustling with seaside indoor/outdoor restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, art galleries, etc. The house is also just two miles east of I-95 making it ultra convenient in getting around, sightseeing, and exploring Florida.

There are TWO dining areas: one inside and one out. BOTH seat six and BOTH overlook the pool and intracoastal waterway. We just purchased "brand new," outdoor patio furniture with swivel/rocking chairs and chaise loungers. The pool, patio, and dock area enjoys SOUTHERN SUN EXPOSURE, which is KEY for poolside sunbathing and overall afternoon sun.
