This newly and beautifully upgraded private single story END unit is ON the 16th FAIRWAY of the Arnold Palmer managed Tahquitz Creek (Legends) Golf Course. Most desirable location in Mountain Shadows with spectacular views of the lush green fairways, San Jacinto and San Gorgonio mountain ranges. This condo has 3 patios, the front 2 patios look directly at the golf course and mountain ranges.

The rear patio is only steps from 1 of 6 pool's in the complex with views of mountains, hedges around the pool and a wall around back patio ensuring privacy. Mountain Shadows is a gated community. The master bedroom has a sliding door onto private rear patio with a king-size bed and cable TV. Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with large window overlooking golf course (16th fairway) and mountains. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans/lights.

This newly remodeled condo with wet bar & cathedral ceilings in living room boasts spectacular mountain views from 3 large windows; 1 looking North to fairway/San Gorgonio mountains, 1 looking South to front patio/mountains and 1 looking West to San Jacinto mountain range with tram and fairway views.

The dining room has cathedral ceilings, San Jacinto mountain views and a large sliding glass door to front patio. The large remodeled kitchen has new Granite counter tops, new stainless steel sink, a pub table/chairs and cathedral ceilings/fan, new stove, microwave & dishwasher. The three beautiful private patios each have tables/chairs and gas BBQ in the back patio.

You are a 3 minute walk to the clubhouse on the Tahquitz Creek golf course where you can enjoy a great breakfast/lunch on the green with spectcular views of the course and mountains. There are 2 mountain bikes for your use as well as rafts to enjoy at the pool.

The views from this condo are stunning and the pool which is just outside the back gate is so quiet we had it all to ourselves. The owners contacted us on our arrival to make sure we had no problems and to welcome us. We will definitely be back.

  • Very clean comfortable and well equipped one level end unit with a quiet pool located steps from the front and back doors. The owners are very helpful, take pride in their condo and have made it feel like it is home. The three patios are nicely equipped and furnished and provide sun or shade as well as great golf fairway and mountain views. The location on the golf course and the close proximity to downtown Palm Springs certainly is convenient for golfing, shopping and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in a year. This condo is a real find! Thankyou.

The owners are very accommodating and quickly respond to questions and/or concerns. I guess the best recommendation is we plan to return next year.

  • We enjoyed your condo in Mountain Shadows. It was extremely clean and loved the golf course and mountain views from your 2 front patio's and living room windows. It was like having our own place on the golf course. The pool outside your back gate was quiet and great views from there too. We will be back.
