Spacious bedrooms and an inviting open-floor plan allow light to filter in, opening up the home to the outside and adding to the charm of the property. Capable of accommodating up to seven individuals; a king-size bed, four twins, and a queen sleeper ensure that there is room for everyone.
A screened porch opens up to the back yard and is a great place to relax and enjoy the cool breezes of the Florida Straits. Outside you will find a canal-side patio overlooking breathtaking views of the water. Lawn chairs are situated here, so take in the scenery and watch as boat traffic flows by.
The canal is deep-water and channels are clearly marked so that you can easily make your way out to sea. This is a boaters dream. Sand flats are situated right outside of Key Colony Beach's waterway, providing a wonderfully rich area to explore via kayak. There are several boat ramps nearby and room enough for off street parking, so be sure to bring your boat or other toys!
Membership to the Cabana Club is included with rental. Situated just down the street, you will be only a short stroll away from a 65 foot heated swimming pool and a perfectly manicured stretch of beach. A cocktail lounge, snack bar, and game room are also included for your amusement, along with shower and changing facilities.
This property is available for a minimum of 7 Days and we rent from Saturday to Saturday.

- Breezy Keys is located in a quiet neighborhood on Key Colony Beach. The Canal hosts many tropical fish species and is a great place for fishing. The waters just beyond the canal-front provide a wonderful world to explore via boat or canoe. Tucked away amongst Key Colony Beach's sand flats are all sorts of interesting wildlife; including starfish, sea cucumbers, sand dollars, etc. Bike paths are situated throughout the area and a community park and gulf course is just a short walk away. In Marathon, you will find an exciting array of activities. Charter boats, boat and kayak rentals, a nautral history museum, the Dolphin Research Center, and the historic Old Seven Mile Bridge are all just around the corner. Whether pursuing an active get-away or a relaxed day at the beach there is plenty to see and do!
