Hike Ponderosa State Park, just 2 miles NE of the condo. Ponderosa State park covers most of a 1,000-acre peninsula that juts into beautiful Payette Lake. The scenic overlook at Osprey Point offers a spectacular view of the lake. The park offers hiking and biking trails, guided walks with park naturalists and evening campfire programs.
After hiking, enjoy a quiet romantic evening in front of the fire or cook up a storm for family and friends in the gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the kitchen and the granite counter tops, executive appliances, and open dining area offer the opportunity to celebrate you anniversary with a formal dinner or an apre' ski pot luck with friends.
Bring all your gear and Fido, because the 2000-square-foot Condominium offers room to move. Your rig will be safe in the garage and there is still room to park a second car outside the garage.
Two master bedrooms sleeps two couples on the main floor in queen beds and you can put the kids in sleeping bags upstairs in the loft that sleeps four more in their own large play area. Two master bathrooms as well.
Walk to Davis Beach on Lake Payette, the Marina and swimming beach - just one mile away - or hang at the condominium and swim in the outdoor pool or indoor pool, each just 50 yards from our unit. Fine dining and evening activities are walking distance so no need to worry about driving.

Burgdorf Hot Springs is worth the drive and very affordable.
Established in 1870, Burgdorf is both a hot springs and ghost town. Remains of cabins and an old hotel can be seen in a meadow on private land surrounded by the Payette National Forest. Burgdorf has two pools. Water enters the sandy-bottomed springs at 112oF and flows into the main pool (5 feet deep) at 104oF. A shallow pool, ideal for children, is nearby. Adult price is $5.30, Children $2.65. Cash Only.
Directions Burgdorf Hot Springs from Hwy. 55: Take a right onto Warren Wagon Road and go 32 miles north. There will be signs to direct you to the hot springs. Gold Fork Hot Springs
Six pools of varying temperatures with healing mineral-rich water. A sandy-bottom pool with waterfall, decks with tables, chairs, chaises and umbrellas, changing rooms with lockers, rental towels, suits, and drinks and snacks available.
