Palm Beach is a five-story, luxurious condominium located on the Gulf of Mexico. With only 100 units its beach and two heated pools never seem crowded. This convenient, two-bedroom unit, located on the first floor, is ideal for a perfect family vacation!This unit is newly renovated and furnished. The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, a large bathroom with two sinks, walk-in shower, and jetted garden tub. The Guest bedroom features a Queen-bed, large closet and a private bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with quality cookware and all new appliances along with a washer and dryer. It also includes a breakfast bar and bar stools. A large dining area is also available for family meals or for playing family games. There is a large closet for storage of toys and luggage. The living room is bright and roomy. It has a queen sleeper sofa and an entertainment center which includes TV, DVD and VCR. There is also a half-bath located in the living room area.
The patio has a table for four and is only steps from the heated pool. Just beyond the pool is the walkway to the beach. The sand is white and the water is deep blue-- a perfect setting for walking on the beach, shelling, swimming, and surfing. This vacation resort is convenient to airports in Mobile, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida. Come stay with us!!
