Great 3 Week Stay!

My mother and I spent 3 weeks in this lovely rental from Dec. 9th to the 30th. As two women alone we felt utterly safe not only in this secure building with guard but in the whole neighborhood of Punta Paitilla. We walked everywhere without reservation. It is in a superior area with shops, grocery and Multi-Centro Mall all within easy walking distance. The view from the apartment is gorgeous both day and night across the bay of Panama. The walking & bike path that runs along the bay (Cinta Costera) was an excellent bonus! We walked every night along this well lit, policed path, with families, women exercising alone, etc. There are benches to rest and a play area for children. Walk all the way to the end and visit the fish market for some fresh seafood. The Langastino Cocktail is a must for $3.50! The apartment has a very spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bath. The second bedroom also is en-suite with 2 twin beds. A/C is in every room with the exception of the kitchen which is full stocked with everything you could need. There is a large central area containing a bar, diningroom table and living room set. There is also a seperate room with t.v. & comfy couch. The wireless internet worked great in all rooms and even by the pool which we took advantage of everyday. It was never loud or crowded making out time very restfull while we lounged. The only recommendation I could make would be to supply better and more lamps next to night tables in the master for those guests who like to read without the overhead light. Other than that we thought this was the perfect rental and are so happy we chose it and will definitely rent here in the future!

Great condo- centrally located

We had a great time in the condo. Tons of room for two people. The bottle of wine for our honeymoon was a very thoughtful touch. The cellphones were a huge help. GREAT VIEWS!

Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

The apartment was huge- for only 2 people we had lot's of space. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had lot's of English channels to watch on TV. The laundry was nice to have especially when due to the rain and humidity, we had to change clothes often. And of course, the area and view were superb!!! And the wine, coffee and breakfast stuff was much appreciated- thankyou. Anabel was there to meet us even with our late arrival and was kind enough to show us around and familiarize us with the apartment.

We just finished an 8 day stay at this condo and have only great things to say about it - - excellent location with easy access to cabs, wonderful view of the skyline and water, spacious accomodations, maid service, provided cell phones and internet access. The fresh flowers, wine and snacks that were there when we arrived were very nice touches. A perfect alternative to a hotel, we highly recommend renting this condo.

This apt is fabulous. It is very, very spacious and the pictures to not do it justice. We loved staying here - it is a great apt and in a very nice location. It is safe and quiet, but super close to everything. Easy to get a cab too. We really appreciated that Victor left us some coffee and breakfast snacks, since we arrived late at night. He also supplies cell phones, if you need to use them. Highly recommend this apt.

We had a great stay at this apartment. We have always stayed in hotels before, and the apartment suited us much better. It was comfortable and homey. It was also conveniently located in a nice part of the city. We traveled with our two small children and a nanny, and appreciated the dinnerware for children as well as the fun toys and dress up clothes in the second bedroom. Thank you also for the guidebooks and the breakfast food. It was nice not to have to go grocery shopping on the day we arrived. Finally, thank you for the dinner recommendations (which we requested). We tried all of them and they were all delicious.

We had an excellent experience with this rental. The apartment is very spacious and conveniently located. The added touches...a bottle of wine, some breakfast treats, cell phone use, etc... made our stay extra pleasant and comfortable. The parking space in the garage gave us peace-of-mind since we had a rented car, and the door attendant was friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our teenage daughter, so it was nice for all of us that she had her own separate bedroom and bath. The view is beautiful from both the living room and the TV room, and we had the added surprise of watching the entire skyline lit up with fireworks on New Years Eve.
