Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood off Kingsbury Grade in South shore. Just one mile to the casinos and Edgewood Golf Club! Two miles and you are at the backside of Heavenly Ski Resort! Close to the Tahoe Rim trail for hikers and mountain bikers. We have a locking garage for your bikes and ski gear.
The house is set back off the street so you feel very private in the open landscape of trees. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. You will enjoy a nice, private deck on the front of the house to enjoy the Winter Wonderland that surrounds you! A gas barbecue grill and deck furniture make your stay complete!
