Located on the 5th floor of a recent building with security, concierge and elevator, this comfortable and crossing apartment has been totally renewed and can host up to 5 people! The apartment is composed by an entrance, a bright living room with a corner sofa-bed, a dining area, an American kitchen and a balcony (with chairs and table) in the width of the apartment. Separated from the living room by a bar, the kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, micro-waves, coffee maker, and all the necessary to cook and serve the meal.
The 2 bedrooms of the apartment allow the guest to have their own privacy. The first one has a king size bed (180cm), a large closet and give in the second balcony of the apartment. The second bedroom got a bed with drawer which allows you to use the bed as a single or a double one (the drawer creates a 160cm mattress and is a real 2 persons bed) and also give in the second balcony of the apartment.
Both bedroom give in the private courtyard of the building and are by consequence always quiet!
The apartment is really bright and all the windows have electric shutter allowing you to cut the apartment from the sunlight whenever you want!
