Beautiful mountain home with wood burning fireplace, nestled in the mountains between Boone and Blowing Rock, NC. You have easy access to Linville, Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain. Skiing available in these areas. Many excellent restaurants within 5-15 minutes.
Master Suite has jacuzzi bath with private office. Other sleeping rooms include bedroom (queen bed) with private bathroom; bedroom with twin beds and queen bed in loft. TV's in master bedroom, family room and loft. Home and deck are pre-wired for stereo.
This is not a home that was built for rental, it is a home that makes you feel that you could live here forever. A beautiful cascading stream flows down the left side of the home and at night if you like sleeping with your windows open the soothing sound will put you to sleep. It has air condioning and heat.
Just bring your clothes and tooth brush, relax, enjoy, and hopefully you will make this an annual retreat!

Always dreamed of being in the mountains were the pace is slower and you can enjoy the beautiful weather, friendly people and tranquility. My parents had a home here since back in the 1960's which we came up for vacations only. We thoroughly enjoyed the time that was spent here so when the opportunity came to purchase this home, I did it! Absolutely love it.

We stayed in this house for New Year's and it was just beautiful. All you need is your personal belongings and you are set. The views are beautiful and the house is located right beside a stream and all of our children loved playing in it. We would go back again for sure.

Sitting out on the wrap around deck. A cup of hot cider in hand. Snuggled in a warm blanket. A crackling fire burning inside in the natural stone fireplace. What a perfect place to watch the fall foliage!! It reminds me of a Robert Kincade painting...and I'm in it!! I am looking forward to my next visit to the mountains. I hope to spend some time at the change of each season here in Boone at this beautifully appointed home. I'LL BE BACK!!! Thank you for making my stay so amazing. B.Buckley
