Perfectly located, next door to the best beach in town (pictures do not capture how close we are) and only a 10 minute stroll to our charming little town of Puerto Morelos, this second floor, lovely and spacious (1,200 SF) condo is ideal.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and is air-conditioned (although you hardly need it as the entire unit has ceiling fans and stays nice and cool even in the warmest months). The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and each room has their own private bath with large walk-in tiled showers. The unit has a private entrance, ceramic tile throughout, is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home (TV/DVD, Satellite cable, high-speed wireless). There are several verandas and windows that let in the natural light which gives it a very pleasant and relaxing feel.
The kitchen is open, spacious and fully equipped to the gills for all your gourmet cooking needs. There is a large refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, cold potable water and more. The sunroom is just off the kitchen and there is a veranda off the living room that overlooks the gardens and pool where you can sit and sip your favorite drink and enjoy the ocean breeze.
The complex has beautifully maintained tropical gardens which surround the shamrock shaped pool. There is a cabana and BBQ for your use and off-street gated parking. Ramon, the architect/builder lives on site and he and his wife, Alma are available and always do their best for our guests.
You are only one house away from the beach which has fine sand and warm water, with hardly anyone on them. A short walk via street or beach to the quaint shops and restaurants of our charming little town.
For those who want a quiet, relaxing, safe and comfortable vacation right by big, open, sandy beaches…our place is just perfect.
