Nice, large shaded lawn, circular driveway, charcoal grill, new ping pong table and professional dart board in the garage, croquet, volleyball, bicycle, books, DVD movies, board games. Hardwood floors in main areas and large tiled eat-in kitchen, tiled baths.

Very conveniently located: Apple Island Ramp is less than 1/2 mile. Broyles Recreation area (3 lane ramp, picnic area, picnic shelter, playground, swim beach) is less than 2 miles. Portman Shoals Marina 4 miles, Downtown Anderson, SC 12.5 miles, Clemson University 15 miles.
