Furnished with all the comforts of home, including all kitchen amenities, a patio set with seating for six along with two deck loungers.
This condo complex is fully walled and gated for security.
Spend time in the luxurious infinity pool while looking out over the Bay of Banderas. Enjoy the spectacular view through 36 feet of floor to ceiling windows that open fully to let in the ocean breezes. A car is not necessary as you are close to everything you need, however, if you do have a rental car a parking space is provided.
Our english speaking property manager will greet you upon arrival, lives nearby and is easily contacted. Airport pick up can also be arranged for a fee. She can also arrange a 1 hour full body massage for you in the room, while listening to the relaxing sounds of the waves.
There is plenty of information in the condo with regards to grocery shopping, tours, and general information about Bucerias.
The condo is furnished with comfy, modern design furniture. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a blender and a juicer, for those frosty margaritas to sip on the patio, while whale and dolphin watching.

Date Submitted: July 27, 2009 Date of Stay: March 2009 We stayed in this condo from March 7 -21/09. the condo is exactly as pictured on the internet, with all the amenities of home. the location is perfect, right on the beach, but walking distance to shops and restaurants. the condo is very secure, we felt safe the whole time we were there. Sally the Property Manager and her staff were wonderful, very professional and helpful. The infinity pool was wonderful, and the views are amazing. The condo was very tastefully decorated and very clean, we wanted for nothing. Everyone who worked or lived at Punta Plata condos were very nice and friendly. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay here. the owners were very helpful and so easy to deal with when renting this condo, they quickly answered all our questions and sent us lots of info on the condo prior to leaving for Mexico. December 6-13, 2008 We had an incredible time while we were there. You have an amazing place. We had everything we could possibly need and then some. We really appreciated the information book, the crib board, the juicer and blender, the library ,home town satellite, etc. All are little things but when added together they mean the difference between a nice place and a great place. This complex is very comfortable as far as the other owners and renters that we have met in the two times we have stayed here. It is very convenient to everything and a car is not necessary as buses are very close by and all the stores in town are able to supply you with pretty well anything you would need. The restaurants in town are fabulous as are the people. We will return for another vacation hopefully next year for a little longer time!
