A ranch house secluded in the middle of 160 heavily Wooded acres is yours to enjoy. Bring your horse, mountain bike or your hiking shoes to ride or walk our miles of trails and lanes. 4 horse stalls are available for your use.

Lake Texoma is only minutes away.

Fish in one of three stocked ponds, swim in the wonderfully secluded pool during the summer months, and enjoy the tranquility of the woods in the winter months. All year, it is an exceptional house to get away to the woods with friends or family. The ranch has a great kid's room or play room above the garage, so the kids can have their own space!

The ranch house is very well appointed with antiques, nice furnishings and art. The Wolf Stove is every cook's dream.

Outdoor activities, in addition to fishing, riding or walking the trails, include a regulation sand volleyball court, water volleyball with net and ball, horseshoes, and a fire ring for a night of story telling, music, or s'mores with the kids.
