  We had a fantastic weekend from start to finish. Fished, hiked, swam, explored bike trails, boated at Lake Texoma, relaxed by the camp fire and enjoyed family time! I highly recommend Wildwood Ranch for an easy family getaway.

  Wildwood Ranch is a delightful haven for families and couples. It was the perfect location for our small family weekend wedding. The grounds are gorgeous and the kids loved romping and playing as the adults visited nearby. The owners were wonderful to work with and caretaker Jose was exceptionally helpful in every way. As wonderful as it looks online, it is even sweeter in person - a perfect place to relax, surrounded by nature. We'll definitely be back as our families are requesting that Wildwood be our family "home away from home".

  Great place to stay for golfers such as us. Susan and Mark were very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. It was too cold for the pool or fishing, but would be a great place to bring the family back to. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to all. It had everything that was stated in the description and more. Ty

  We booked the ranch right off the website, site unseen. The property was beautiful. The pictures on the website only capture a fraction of it. We got there and were blown away. It looked like a retreat center with firepits, horseshoes, volleyball, archery range, fishing ponds, well groomed hiking trails. They even provided mountain bikes for the entire family to use. It was great! Needless to say it exceeded our expectations. The house was well decorated as well and the kitchen was stocked for those who enjoy cooking. We will be back next year!!

  Hello Susan, Just to reiterate, we thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful property and ranch house. We too enjoyed your well stocked fishing ponds. I introduced two of our son’s to “Fly Fishing.” It was a great atmosphere for them to learn. Additionally, we loved the fire pit and the covered deck. Truly, you have a gold nugget in Wildwood.   This was our second stay at Wildwood and we loved it so much the boys can't wait to go back! It's truly the best getaway for us because it's so close and it really let's us disconnect from the city. It gets the whole family outside enjoying the trails, the ponds, fishing and beautiful surroundings!

  I took my family out to Wildwood Ranch for my husband's birthday. Everyone had a blast! The house is very accomadating. There was plenty of room for all of us! We had a great time fishing, playing volleyball, roasting s'mores, exploring the trails on the property, playing ping-pong, and hanging out with one another. We rented golf carts, as the owner suggested. We picked them up on our way into the property, and it was so much fun! The owners were very easy to work with. They got back to me quickly with inquiries I had about the property. I highly recommend Wildwood Ranch!

  Our family tried something new by traveling to the Wildwood Ranch to spend Thanksgiving, it was incredible! We loved the setting, walked most of the trails and have tons of memories. We spent most evenings near the firepit talking and making s'mores! Everything we needed was available and had emailed the host about a couple of things before hand to take along, the owners and caretaker were so helpful and ready to do anything we needed! Preparing Thanksgiving meal in a new place was lots of fun and most of us thought the food tasted better. The little girls loved the playroom and all the beds. We would all definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a great spot.

  Wonderful home in the country, secluded from all the distractions of city living. The house has all the amenities of “home” with the addition of great outdoor living. The properties Care Taker meet us when we arrived to answer any question. He was always available and more than willing to give a hand to help out. Though it was too cold to swim, we spent our time smoking ribs on the BBQ, telling tales around the fire pit, have a mini fishing tournament in the ponds near the house (catch and release ONLY), watching the deer in the open fields, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are looking to make this an annual trip. Thanks again for offering your home to us and contributing to the much deserved relaxing and tranquil weekend.

  We wanted a weekend getaway to catch up with some friends that live in OK. We are in Dallas and Wildwood Ranch was a PERFECT meet up spot for our fun filled weekend. It was so private with so much to do. The kids loved fishing, exploring and swimming! We rented a golf cart for the weekend, it was the BEST way to see the many trails on the property and was a fun adventure for the kids! The kitchen is AMAZINGLY stocked, has everything you could need! We drove the 20 minutes to Lake Texoma one day to have a picnic lunch. It was so nice to have the lake so close. It was a WONDERFUL weekend and we can't wait to go back..maybe in the winter so we can use the fire pit! We ran out of time to use the pit this time, we were too busy having fun with the pool, golf carts, fishing and hiking! That is my only complaint.....we did not stay long enough!

Additional information about rental rates

A hotel tax of 6% is added to the rental amount. The nightly rate of $415 is for 6 persons. Additional persons, age 6 years and older are charged $30/person/night.

The $75 charge for cleaning is only incurred if the rental period is for only 1 night.

During the summer months there is a minimum of 2 nights rental.

Fees:

• Refundable Damage Deposit: $400
• 1 night rental cleaning fee: $75
• Pet Fee: $50
• Tax Rate 6%

Cancellation policy:

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
