Our condo is completely remodeled with everything being new. These include a jetted tub and shower, 2 queen size beds, 2 twin beds, TV, DVD, wood burning stove, Cable TV, and fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets.
With a base elevation of 9600 feet, Brian Head, has the fourth highest base elevation in the western United States and the highest in Utah. Snow making equipment combined with an average annual snowfall of 450 inches insures great skiing and snowboarding all season long. Lift tickets are reasonable and kids under five ski free. A six lane tubing park offers great entertainment for all ages. Great skiing for experts, intermediate and bunny hill for beginners are available for your use.
The free town shuttle goes to the lifts every 20 minutes until 11:00 PM. Summer activities include world class mountain biking trails, four wheeling, fishing or just relaxing.
The condo is located just 20 miles from Ceddar City, home of the world famous Shakespeare Festival from July through October. The condo has mild summer temperatures and close proximity to Zion and Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, National Parks.
No smoking and pets are allowed on the property.
