Just spent a week at this outstanding property. The home is spacious, clean, well-maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. The setting is very scenic, with the deck overlooking Beaver Creek. Beaver Creek village is a short walk away. We utilized the fully-equipped kitchen to do quite a bit of cooking--it even has two dishwashers. The entertainment area on the lower level is great. Property manager is responsive and communicates well. There is a lot to do in the area and this home contributes a lot to the overall enjoyment of a vacation stay.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just got back from 5 days at 115 Village Walk and wanted to let interested parties know this is a great home with a perfect location to Beaver Creek Village. Home sits on the creek, easy walking distance to the village where you can find great restaurants, golf, hiking, fishing, biking, etc. The home has every amenity, is spacious, sleeps at least 4 couples and provides plenty of gathering space as well as individual privacy. This home meet not only my expectations, but also those traveling with us, and we are already talking about a return visit next summer. The rental price for the home was very fair and I would not hesitate to recommend this great place to anyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
