Wanted to just write a quick note to concur with the rest of the reviews. We did a long weekend on short notice and was so lucky to have come across this condo. I was there with a few other people some of which were children and it was perfect. The view is amazing, the condo itself is impeccable and very beautiful not to mention close to just about anything that you would want to do in the Clearwater area. This is perfect for any traveler, young or old, and the owner did everything possible to ensure we were satisfied and had a great time!! Good location, lots of great places to eat within a few miles. The townhome was nice and close to the beach. We had everthing we needed to enjoy the beach. Shamsah was great and offered lots of advice on places to see and eat. She even brought over fishing poles for the boys.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This was a great vacation stop. We found the listing description and photo's to be accurate. Shamsah was available for any issues and very helpful in making us comfortable during the week. My husband and I traveled with our three children, ages 8, 6, and 17 months, and Shamsha's condo was absolutely perfect for our trip. Shamsha had extras available for children - a pack and play, baby gate, high chair, beach chairs/toys, etc. Our vacation was very relaxing, and we spent most of our time either on the beach or in the pool. The area does not have public beach access, so it was very private and we were able to really enjoy our time together. Our children ran up and down the beach and collected shells and dug in the sand for hours. We enjoyed dinner at local restaurants - all which had amazing seafood and were close by. We traveled to Disney for one day which was an easy drive, and we visited the Clearwater Aquarium in to see Winter the Dolphin – both which the kids really enjoyed. I would recommend Shamsha’s condo to anyone!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I cannot recommend this property enough. THE NEXT STATEMENT IS NOT AN EXAGERATION! The view from the condo is unbelievable! It looks like a painting. The pool was immaculate and the beach was pristine. We were fortunate to be there at a time when the city of Clearwater was doing beach reclamation about a mile away. The shells that we found could have come from a shell shop! I would highly recommend going to the Clearwater aquarium where Dolphin Tale was filmed (about 3 miles away). When visiting the aquarium make sure to do the harbor tour. We had an awesome time doing one of the fishing trips out of Clearwater (we did the half day trip -I wish we would have done the full day). The owner of the condo was wonderful. She was very professional and very thoughtful. Everything comes with this condo! Thanks Shamsah for bringing so much joy to our vacation!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I rented Shamsah's place in June for my 4 year old son, my 12 year old niece and myself. I have to say it was a perfect fit for all of us. With the beach and the pool literally just steps away we never had to worry about packing up to go to either one. And the sunsets were just AMAZING! I will come back again and again. You absolutely can not go wrong here. The place is beautiful, well equipped and Shamsah is one of the nicest people we've met. She made us feel very welcome and at home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Thank you so much for a truly wonderful family vacation. The condo was everything we were hoping for... fantastic location, amazing views, a very nice, comfortable and homey space. Once we got there, we didn't need to use the car except for grocery runs! We will miss our relaxing beach walks and phenomenal sunsets and meals on the grill - the unit and its location could not have been any better. We will surely be back and will recommend this to our friends! Owner of the condo could not have been nicer, more responsive or attentive. Shamsah's townhouse was perfect for our family of 6! It was cozy and comfortable and had a beautiful view! The sunsets from the townhouse were amazing! We were so close to the pool and beach that I felt comfortable letting our children go up to the townhouse by themselves to get a snack, etc! Even our 6 year old. That's huge! She has everything you need for the beach~ sand toys, chairs, boogie boards, skim boards! We will definitely be going back! We loved everything about it! And Shamsah is so sweet and personable and is always making sure you have everything you need!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is our 4th spring break in a row renting this condo. With two elementary school age children, this condo is perfect. Right on the beach with a pool basically out the front door. We'll be back in 2013!Recommended for: Families with young children

This condo is our personal retreat - our home away from home. We always feel as if it's our own place and are always sad to leave. Great location, great kitchen, roomy, with a private upper deck off the master bedroom. Can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Our family decided to forego more traditional Christmas gifts this year in favor of a warm, relaxing beach getaway. Our trip was perfect! While the temperatures were not really condusive to swimming (though our ten-year-old daughter braved the cold water a couple of days), and except for one day of rain, the weather was warm enough for shorts and usually swimsuits. We enjoyed the spectacular view off the balconies and the close proximity to the pool and beach. Fun looking at the shells and walking the beach. The unit is well-equiped with all the basic necessities--no need for even bringing soap or shampoo or a hairdryer! This condo has a cozy feel yet spacious at the same time. My family of four never felt "on top of each other." Backwater's, Crabby Bill's, Cristino's, Maggie Mae's, and Clear Sky Beachside Cafe were all good spots for dining. As a runner, I enjoyed daily runs along Gulf Boulevard--lots to see but very safe with the sidewalks. The owner of the condo herself is most accomodating and personal. She left us a bottle of wine upon arrival and even stopped by to meet us later in the week! Overall, this was a wonderful week that has refreshed us for returning to the real world of schedules, commitments, and deadlines. To return to this condo at a later date would make everyone in this family quite happy!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our very first time renting through VRBO, and we had a fantastic experience! The owner was AMAZING & extremely helpful. The condo was PERFECT...... clean, relaxing, directly on the private beach, beautiful pool, close to everything, We couldn't have asked for anything more, except to stay longer :-(. Our little girl, Chloe, did NOT want to leave & even cried to come back, even over Disney!!! Thank you sooooo much Shamsah for making our vacation THE BEST! We've stayed at this condo 3 times and plan to return again and again! Perfect location right on the beach in a small condo complex. Have had the pool to ourselves many times. Owner is constantly upgrading interior providing a beautiful and relaxing vacation setting. We especially enjoy the stunning sunsets from the two decks! Great location to walk in the neighborhoods and to nearby restaurants and authentic French bakery. Close to shopping but located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. Recommend this condo highly!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This is one of the nicest unites we have ever rented on the beach. The condo was spotless, tastefully furnished, update throughout and offered all the comforts of home. We stayed here in August (2011) and the accommodation is first class. The apartment was lovely with an excellent balcony for watching sunrise/sunset. The pool was very clean and relaxing, but most importantly the beach was so close and it felt like a private beach which for Clearwater is a big plus. The owner was very helpful when we got there and explained the area etc. and threw in a bottle of wine to get us started!! The warm welcome with a bottle of wine was an excellent start of an amazing week. The condo was well equipped, the kids as we had our own space and we all enjoyed the short distance to the sea. The dolphins, the birds and even a see cow where really exciting. The sunset made us wordless. After quite an interesting 2 weeks traveling through the NE we had a great time to relax and enjoyed simply to 'be there' in and around the condo. Our stay superseeded our expectations based on the internet info and several Emails back and forth.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We stayed here in July with our teenage daughters to spend time with our son who is attending college in Tampa. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach with our kids. The kids found plenty to do and enjoyed having their own space and TV. The location was perfect for us and the views were amazing! We so enjoyed staying at your beautiful condo. It was perfect. The location couldn't have been better for us, it was perfect. It was right on the beach, we were ecstatic about that, and the pool was right there as well. The view was amazing...the sunsets were awesome.(You can't really describe how incredible they are)! You are extremely reliable, trustworthy, available for whatever we needed (even sending my cell phone that I left!), and very hospitable. The condo itself is gorgeous, very clean, and well maintained. Thanks for a wonderful week! This rental was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The view was absolutely amazing! The beach was directly in front of you and the water was so beautiful and clear. This was definitely a vacation that we'll never forget! The landscaping around the townhouse was so very pretty...We just would sit back on the balcony and watch the beautiful Florida birds. This was by far the best rental property that we have ever stayed in. I would strongly encourage you to rent this property and experience this for yourself.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved staying here so much I'm ready to plan next years vacation. It is located perfectly to everything but gives you peace and quiet when you want it. It is perfect for kids. My kids loved the pool, the beach, everything. The condo is located so close to the pool that it is easy to run back for something or to take a quick lunch break. The beach is spectacular. This townhouse is in an excellent location. Far enough away from the big crowds but close enough to all of the activities of Clearwater. The townhouse was in great shape and everything came as advertised. With children it is great to have the pool and beach so close by. we just returned from our second spring break in this condo on belleair beach and are ready to come back in 2011. we really enjoy being right on the beach in such a small complex -- there are no spring break crowds / issues, etc. the pool and beach are just down the stairs -- easy for the kids to run back into the condo as needed.Did you find this review helpful? We stayed at this very private condo for New Years week. The pictures really can't show the beauty of this beach. The beach was perfect and the pool was wonderful. The condo was extremely well stocked with everything you could need. The owner provided the best in preparation and care for our family. We just spent Memorial day weekend in this condo and were absolutely delighted. The property is very nice, lots of birds (one morning their was a heron on our balcony!), and the other people in this smallish complex were very friendly. Our condo was well appointed with everything from beach toys to blow dryers! TVs in every room and comfortable furniture and beds.
