The ground level lanai abuts the sixth green of the Kings’ golf course and has an unobstructed view of the Kohala Mountain. This home has been fully outfitted - the kitchen has a range, microwave, GE Profile refrigerator, and dishwasher. A full-size stacking washer and dryer are also located within the unit. Cable, internet, and unlimited local phone calls are included in the rate ensuring your entertainment and comfort. Fairway Villas has a beautiful recreation center with an infinity edged pool, hot tub, and small workout facility within a one minute walk of the unit. These facilities are restricted to use by the owners and guests at Fairway Villas - Guests and residents are welcome to use the BBQs located near the pool which are maintained by the Association. World-class Kohala Coast golf courses are within minutes of this home including the Beach and Kings’ courses at Waikoloa Beach, the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Prince courses, and the North and South Mauna Lani courses.
