This home is a fully updated and furnished 1950 Florida Home with four bedrooms and two full baths. We can accommodate up to 12 (14 if you are also renting the cottage.) people although 10 is best. The Master bedroom has a large King bed, bedroom #2 has two queen-size beds, #3 has one queen bed and #4 has two twin beds. Both bathrooms have been updated one with tub/shower and one shower only. The cottage is extra and can sleep 4. It has 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and a very nice sleeper in the livingroom. Nice clean bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
A totally upgraded kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliance and just about anything else you may need. The entire home is porcelain tile and looks and feels great. There is one covered parking and room for 2-3 more.
1/4 Mile from Historic Downtown Jensen, this small town has all the amenities of a major vacation destination.You can walk to Shopping and Dinning. Sea turtle Beach is only 2.5 miles, an easy 40 minute Walk, 14 minute Bike ride, or 5 minutes by car. Turtle nesting Season is March thru August, peak being the Month of June. Winter time is World Class Fishing, Diving or Boating. Bird watching, Bass fishing, and Air boating in the Everglades only 70 miles away.
Swiming pool with Solar Heating, Large deck and new Landscaping, and wood fence, very privite area with flowers and tropical feel.
You can rent the Main Home or Cottage or Both.(see prices below) The total property has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, Sleeper sofa in Cottage with fold out interspring matterss, can sleep alot of people.

What a marvelous home and cottage this is. We spent a week here and enjoyed every minute. The location was great, the pool was supurb and the kids were in it constantly! The kitchen didn't have everything we needed, but we left a couple of things for the next people to enjoy (like a popcorn popper). The beds were very comfortable and ample bedrooms for all of us. The only problem we had was one of the bathrooms wasn't working 100%; however, the property manager was on it right away. This is a family friendly neighborhood with shopping in walking distance. We found a wonderful farmer's market with everykind of fruits & vegetables you could want. The beach was very nice and not too far away. There is a lovely park about 2 miles away with sand volleyball courts, tennis courts and basketball courts. We would highly recommend renting this place.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

House and cottage $1800/w All rentals will have a $100-$175 dollar cleaning fee. All reservations must send a $500 deposit. Florida State and Local tax is 10 1/2% on all rentals less than six months.

About the owner: Summer Rate $$!! Now ! Welcome to our Jensen Beach home. We updated this home and opened and opened an office in Jensen Beach in 2001. Now my daughter has now started school and we just don`t use this home often. We also have a home and business in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. As owner of Real Estate of Florida I know the value of the word Location and this home is really well located.
Why the Owner Chose Jensen Beach:
Now that our Daughter Gabriella has started school we just do not get to use this home much.
We really love coming when we do get the time, but that is only about 8-10 weeks a year now. Vacation renting has worked out really great and we enjoy the new friends and all the people we have meet, Wow what a great group we have had.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We just built a new pool with Solar heating and a salt water clorine generator, this allows us not to add clorine, so It does not burn your eyes or skin, ladies it will not effect hair coloring. This is a great play pool and a super place for the evning Bar-B-ques.
