This large, executive-style home has just undergone a complete renovation and is now ready to accommodate you on your vacation in paradise. It is located on a direct access, salt water canal and only takes a few minutes by boat to reach the Caloosahatchee River and less than an hour to the beautiful, shell-filled beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. The home is conveniently located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood close to the hospital, shopping centers and the main bridge to Ft. Myers for additional entertainment.
The home itself has a large, eat-in kitchen overlooking the water. The family room is very spacious and also has three large windows providing an excellent view of the water. The master has sliders looking out onto the water through the lanai. The master bath is equipped with two sinks, shower and bathtub, all completely redone. One guest bedroom has two twin beds, and the other has a futon. Both rooms have very large closets. There are also separate dining and formal living rooms.
If you are interested in the addition of a hot tub, we would be able to provide one. We have found that after living here for sixteen years a hot tub is preferable to a pool due to the fact it can be used year round. Call for details.
