You'll feel right at home in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath beautifully decorated home. Perfect for songwriters and musicians, families on vacation, as well as business travelers. Recently renovated and located in a quiet neighborhood, this home is conveniently located near the airport, downtown and Music Row.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats eight. The adjacent deck features an outdoor fireplace. Enjoy the sun-filled glassed in porch with a fountain just outside. The master suite has a king size bed, cable TV and a private bath with jacuzzi tub.

The piano is located in the comfortable cozy living room. 2 "house" guitars are available for musicians. Our CD collection of original music includes local songwriters, many have stayed and played in this house.

5 miles from the airport, 6 1/2 miles from downtown, less than 10 miles from the Opry. Additional services are available upon request.

  • My husband and I have stayed at this meticulously maintained house five times this year as part of our business travel to Nashville. We love being able to stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood where I feel comfortable to take a walk in the evenings when I am finished working and ready to wind down. The bedrooms in this house are very comfortable, the kitchen is quite large and very well appointed, and the living room with its musical motif is very pretty. There is a porch in the back where you can relax if the weather permits; it overlooks a huge backyard where you can do some birdwatching! If you like the hustle and bustle of hotels, this is not the place for you. If you want a place that really is a home away from home (and is located near major highways if you have business and/or leisure activities within the Nashville area) this "Musician's Haven" fits the bill.

  • Whether you are traveling to Nashville for business or pleasure, this house is a delightfully pleasant place to stay! Situated in an established and quiet residential neighborhood, it is convenient to any place in Nashville you need to get to -- the airport, Opryland, Music Row, downtown, etc. You can quickly reach major highways that will get you to your destination. The house is decorated very nicely. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is large and completely appointed. There is an enclosed front porch and a back deck/back yard that are great for relaxing and enjoying nature. Essentially, there are no negatives and lots of positives! (I wish I were a musician -- there are two guitars and a piano in the house for guest use. That is a very nice touch.) You won't go wrong if you select this house for your Nashville stay!

  • This was a great house to stay in both for the accommodations and the location. The neighbors were very nice and the stay was one of the best trips we've ever taken. We went to the CMA Awards in downtown Nashville and was back home within 10 minutes. WOW It has everything anyone would ever need. If you get a chance you should definately stay here. If you are trying to decide between this house and another house you should choose this house. Judy & Jeff Edwards

  • WOW! Did we have a pleasant time... the house was clean, easy access to all of Nashville and quiet! So much better than a hotel - we loved making breakfast and eating in, even did dinner a few nights too! I've attended the same conference for 12 years throughout the country and have not had as nice an accomodation in all that time. We recommend this accomodation highly!

  • 5 of us stayed at the house for a week while visiting Nashville for a demo CD recording. It was very clean, had everything we needed and is an extremely convenient location (easy access to downtown and the airport). I would certainly recommend renting this house and will do so again next time we're in Nashville. Marianne was a pleasure to work with as well. Enjoy!
