  House was excellent place to stay everything as advertised on website. Terje was so helpful before and during our stay. Loved the area and nice neighhood. A propane grill would have Been the decorations on the icing on the cake!!!! We were two couples travelling together and we hated to leave to move on to our next destination. A very great experience a 12 out of 10. Thanks Terje

  We spent 2 weeks in this family home. After a very long journey we arrived late at night to find a the house lit up to guide us, inside it was warm and welcoming lovely and warm. The kitchen is so well equipped I managed to cook a huge full English roast complete with Yorkshire puds a great achievement in a strange kitchen. We combined cooking and staying in with eating in the many places Nashville has to offer. Terje has provided everything she could think of to make our stay stress free. There are leaflets and books of everything Nashville has to offer and the guest book has great comments from her past guest offering tips and hints of places to see and visit. The area was great for us near to Downtown and close to the interstate. We have begun to get to know Nashville better now and for us the house is just perfect. I look forward to using the patio area in warmer weather but for us the house had everything We never met the owner but could reach her very easily if there was a question I needed answering. As our son is at college in Nashville for at least the next two years you can bet this will be our choice every time!!!

  We rented this beautiful older but renovated home for a week in Nashville. The home was everything as promised. The kitchen is amazing, and the rest of the home is very comfortable and nicely decorated. We wished we had stayed during warmer weather as the enclosed front porch and back deck would be great spaces to hang out and relax. The location is close to all necessities and an easy access to the city. The neighborhood was quiet and provided the stress free environment we needed after being out all day. We will not hesitate to recommend or rent the home again as our daughter will soon be a Nashville resident! Sure beats staying in a Hotel by a mile! Thanks Terje for having "just the right amount" of management oversight and communication!

  This home is great! It's cozy, quiet and very roomy. We loved how we were close to downtown. We saw the Country Music Hall of Fame, that was very cool. We did appreciate the kitchen and we loved the porch on the front of the house. I hope we come back! Us kids loved the piano (even though it annoyed some people!!)

  We spent Thanksgiving at this home in Nashville and it was perfect for our family. A nice big open, well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare a big dinner for 12 people. We ate out on the nice deck off the kitchen. The house was super clean too. There was lots of detail paid to making the guests comfortable. The owners are easy to contact and respond very quickly and was very accommodating. The place is easy to get in and out of. About an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Great value!!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  The house was nice and roomy and everything worked. It felt like home even though we were not there that much. Location was a little subject as there were alot of closed businesses and run down homes a short distance from our location. Not very many eating establishments unless you wanted fast food. But location was close to the interstate system and easy to get around town. I would recomend this as a good place to stay but would not take long walks after daylight.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  We were a construction crew that needed a place to stay for a week.There were 6 of us and the house worked out great.It was clean,large enough and very comfortable.I would highly recommend it to anybody.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This home is more than amazing. I was surprised it looked EXACTLY like the photos. It was extremely clean and well kept. The kitchen was beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. My favorite thing was the master bed. It was by far the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. 4 women shared this home and it was enough space for everybody. I felt like I stumbled upon hidden treasure when I found this home. I would love to stay here whenever I'm in town.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
