What a wonderful home to rent for our daughters college graduation stay. The home is conveniently located near the airport. So if you have to make many trips to the airport this is a plus. It is about a 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville. The neighborhood is so quite and the yard is lovely. What our family LOVED about this home was the kitchen and sun porch! The kitchen is so well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy nice dinners around the large table. We spent every morning out in the sun porch sipping coffee, talking and listening to the birds. This property is well maintained and such a great value!!! Oh and we played music every night. Perfect home for couples & families. We did not have any problems at all so we did not need to call the owners but they were wonderful to deal with for the rental of the home.

My four/five sisters and myself take a yearly trip at Spring Break. This year we chose Nashville. Marianne's home far exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed, and more, at her home. The house was fully stocked and very clean. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room plus a wonderful living room and front porch. Our favorite place was the back deck where we could sit out and read and visit. The residence is located 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from Opryland in a clean, safe and quiet neighborhood. When one of my sister's inadvertently locked us out and I texted Maianne at midnight, she had someone at the house to let us in within minutes. If we ever take another roadtrip to Nashiville -- we would definitely stay at this residence. Folks, if you're looking for a place to stay in Nashville, you cannot go wrong with this home. The pictures do not do it justice.

This location was centrally located and convenient to the airport. The house had all the comforts of home and met all our requirements. It was so nice to come 'home' at night to a real home instead of a hotel room. Our GPS (we brought) guided us all over the city. Not only was the house in a quiet neighborhood, but Marianne's advice on places to see and where to eat was superb. We visited the Grand Ole Opry, toured the Ryman, went to several bars downtown, including BB King's. They had the best blues band! We also went to Franklin on a Civil War tour - eye-opening and quite sad. On Marianne's suggestion, we visited Station Inn and lo and behold, Vince Gill sat in with the band! He was there as a member of the band, not as the star that we all know he is! It was a small, hole in the wall place, but the highlight of our visit. Everyone in the band took turns singing, as well as Vince. We also ate at Monell's at the Manor - wonderful family-style service and the best and most affordable Southern food of the whole trip. We had a blast! If we ever return to Nashville, will definitely consider staying at this home again!

What a wonderful place to stay while in Nashville. We had all of the comforts of home! The location was perfect! The home was close to downtown and close to the airport. I am hoping to come back to Nashville and stay again. We loved the large kitchen and the instuments where great even though we brought some of our own. Also the Loveless Cafe was fantastic. Thank you Marrianne for making it so easy to book our stay.

I just got married and was delighted to have this home to share with guests who came to town for my wedding! It was calm and serene and a perfect central location. I enjoyed staying here so much that I almost wanted to say "forget the wedding--let's just stay here!" Marianne was so nice to work with and the whole process was stress-free. The home was very clean and surprisingly quiet for how close it is to main roads and the airport. I hope to stay here again sometime. The Jacuzzi tub is a huge treat and I used it to relax the night before my wedding.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home! As out of town songwriters, we really appreciated the writers room with the piano and guitars... This place is well decorated and really did feel like our home away from home... Plus, as an added bonus it is not far from music row...We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again on future trips... Thanks to Marianne for making it such a pleasent experience.

We enjoyed our spring break vacation in this immaculate Nashville home. Marianne is a wonderful hostess and she patiently answered all my questions since I was a new-comer to VRBO. The pictures posted are very nice but don't do justice to how pretty or roomy the house really is! We espeically loved the kitchen and dining area. We were able to invite family over for a home cooked meal even though we were the visitors to Nashville! And thanks to the house guitars my daughter is learning to play guitar. Don't miss a chance to stay at this wonderful property. If we are ever in the Nashville area again we will definitely want to stay here again!

We had a lovely time staying here; it was hands-down the best choice for us versus a hotel, especially since we have a toddler (she had room to play, we could make meals, do laundry, play outside, it was great!) The ability to have a home to come back to at the end of a long day was wonderful! It was convenient to the airport, major highways, shopping, everything we needed access to. And thanks to Marianne for always being there if we had questions or needed anything! Highly recommended!!

This is a FANTASTIC "home away from home" whether you are traveling for business or for pleasure. The house is located just south of the Nashville airport, which enables you to get to early morning flights very easily. Also, no matter where you are going in Nashville, major highway access to your destination is only minutes away. The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood -- great for sleeping if you are the type of person who wakes up easily from noises. There is a super kitchen and dining area; everything you need for cooking-in is provided. The decor is very pretty, and also very comfortable. There is an enclosed porch with a lovely front yard, and a back deck that allows you to have a great look at nature in the large back yard. I really enjoy sitting out there in the afternoon and just relaxing! This property is very clean and well-maintained. If you are a musician, there is a piano and two guitars -- wish that I knew how to play, as I would take advantage of them! I travel to Nashville for business several times a year, and I always stay at this home when I am there. I can't think of a better recommendation than repeat business -- for anyone reading this, please understand that I won't stay more than one time at a place that is unsatisfactory in any way! In summary, whether for business or leisure travel, I highly recommend this "Musician's Haven." to anyone traveling to the Nashville area.

My husband and I have stayed at this meticulously maintained house five times this year as part of our business travel to Nashville. We love being able to stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood where I feel comfortable to take a walk in the evenings when I am finished working and ready to wind down. The bedrooms in this house are very comfortable, the kitchen is quite large and very well appointed, and the living room with its musical motif is very pretty. There is a porch in the back where you can relax if the weather permits; it overlooks a huge backyard where you can do some birdwatching! If you like the hustle and bustle of hotels, this is not the place for you. If you want a place that really is a home away from home (and is located near major highways if you have business and/or leisure activities within the Nashville area) this "Musician's Haven" fits the bill.

Whether you are traveling to Nashville for business or pleasure, this house is a delightfully pleasant place to stay! Situated in an established and quiet residential neighborhood, it is convenient to any place in Nashville you need to get to -- the airport, Opryland, Music Row, downtown, etc. You can quickly reach major highways that will get you to your destination. The house is decorated very nicely. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is large and completely appointed. There is an enclosed front porch and a back deck/back yard that are great for relaxing and enjoying nature. Essentially, there are no negatives and lots of positives! (I wish I were a musician -- there are two guitars and a piano in the house for guest use. That is a very nice touch.) You won't go wrong if you select this house for your Nashville stay!

This was a great house to stay in both for the accommodations and the location. The neighbors were very nice and the stay was one of the best trips we've ever taken. We went to the CMA Awards in downtown Nashville and was back home within 10 minutes. WOW It has everything anyone would ever need. If you get a chance you should definately stay here. If you are trying to decide between this house and another house you should choose this house. Judy & Jeff Edwards

WOW! Did we have a pleasant time... the house was clean, easy access to all of Nashville and quiet! So much better than a hotel - we loved making breakfast and eating in, even did dinner a few nights too! I've attended the same conference for 12 years throughout the country and have not had as nice an accomodation in all that time. We recommend this accomodation highly!

5 of us stayed at the house for a week while visiting Nashville for a demo CD recording. It was very clean, had everything we needed and is an extremely convenient location (easy access to downtown and the airport). I would certainly recommend renting this house and will do so again next time we're in Nashville. Marianne was a pleasure to work with as well. Enjoy!

We hope to go back soon and take advantage of all this sweet place and city have to offer. You can rent this home with full confidence that you'll be happy!

My family and I stayed at the mentioned address for 6 weeks while on tour with Disney's The Lion King. The owners were very professional and prompt. The house met all of our needs and expectations. They were also helpful considering we were in an unfamiliar place. I would highly recommend this property.
