Living Room area with brand new wood floors - Kohala Coast Vacation Condo Rental Relax and enjoy yourself at the Waikoloa Beach Resort while staying at our perfectly located Penthouse in the Fairway Villas community. The Fairway Villas are situated on ten acres of lush, beautiful landscape and just a short walk to the beach. Our condo is on the top floor with the best views of the Mauna Kea and Kohala Volcanoes. The oversized balcony overlooks the 2nd fairway of the well known championship Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. We are just across the way from the beautiful infinity pool and elevated waterfall spa. The community is gated and offers a fully equipped fitness center, barbeque area and much, much more! The Hawaiian Plantation architecture, interior island-style décor and open floor plan are just a few of the great features this condo has to offer. There are 2 bedrooms, two baths, plus a loft featuring 2 double beds and dresser. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a huge master bathroom including a separate shower and bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and it's own bathroom. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Our penthouse is cozy enough for a romantic getaway yet roomy enough for a family of eight. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all appliances, dishes, and cooking equipment and features granite countertops. All linens and towels (including beach towels) are supplied for you and there is a full size washer and dryer for your personal use. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, sand toys, coolers and everything else you could need for a relaxing day at the beach. Unlike many of the other communities within Waikoloa Beach Resort, Fairway Villas is within walking distance to the exclusive Kings Shops and Queen Marketplace. Here you can find an outstanding selection of over 50 of the best Restaurants, shops, a helpful tour office, and nightly entertainment. We are also only a short walk away from A-Bay beach where you can relax and watch the sunset and beauty of the Big Island. We visit the Big Island every year and take time to update our condo with new down bedding, flooring, light fixtures, towels, beach equiptment etc. It is resort quality at its best. We hope that you fall in love with Hawaii and our place as we have. This is our beautiful home away from home.
