This is your chance to spend some time in paradise. This 6th floor 2 bedroom condo features spectacular Gulf front views. Wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise and set on the balcony in the evening enjoying an amazing sunset. We use an internet based Door Locking System for convenience and additional safety. NO MORE DEMAGNATIZED KEYS! Okaloosa Island is conveniently located between Destin and Fort Walton Beach. At Pelican Isle, enjoy 300 feet of private beach frontage in front of this new condo complex. BUILT IN 2002, this building is fresh and well maintained and pleasing to the eye. The refreshing pool is also heated year around for your comfort. Our condo rental includes a hot tub next to the pool. Nice green area along Gulf side of building is a great area to sit and relax, enjoy a picnic, or let the play ball or frisbee. Other features include high-speed internet access and generous parking area. Pelican Isle is just minutes away from all the attractions and restaurants in the Fort Walton-Destin area. Our two bedroom two bath rental unit is on the sixth floor which offers spectacular views as far as the eye can see down the pristine shoreline east and west! Our Master bedroom is as big as you would expect in a home. The Master bedroom also faces the Gulf with it's own full patio door exiting onto the balcony. Entire unit is professionally decorated. TVs located in all rooms. VCR-DVD with stereo system complete the entertainment center with the 32 inch TV. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast counter and dining table round out the dining area. Second bedroom has two full beds, TV and direct access to the second bathroom. Guests can also utilized the two bunks, and a fold out sofa. In total, you can sleep up to 10 people. Washer and dryer is located in our condo rental. Master bath features a whirlpool tub and has a double sink vanity.
