At the mouth of Little Cottonwood canyon return from skiing the Greatest Snow on Earth to a warm indoor swimming pool, followed by a relaxing sauna or hot tub. The pool and sauna, along with an outdoor gas grill are located at the home adjacent to the ski house, but easily accessible. There are 7 bedrooms. The "Deer Valley" room has its own fireplace, private bathroom, California King sized bed, convertible sofa and excellent view of the mountains. The "Alta" room has a queen sized bed and shares a bath/shower with the "Solitude" room which has bunkbeds, the bottom bed is a double bed and the top bunk is a twin, and the "Snowbird" room which has a double bed and a twin bed.
The "Brighton" room is on the main floor with a queen sized bed and an adjacent 1/2 bath. The full kitchen is well supplied with dishes, cookware, silverware, electrical appliances, table covers, etc., a breakfast bar seating 4, a dining room with table and chairs for 12, a fireplace room, and a living room with TV.
The downstairs has two more bedrooms and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
There is also an attached garage for your rental car. The ski bus is one block away and on it you can access Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. A short 30 minute drive will bring you to the Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley Ski areas. In late March and April guests can ski in the morning and play golf in the afternoon at one of many golf courses located closeby the ski house.
Most ski areas operate through mid-April and Snowbird through mid-May. See more information about the ski areas on the website below.
There are numberous amenties, services, restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes of the ski house. PROPRIETOR ON PREMISES WITH LIGHT BREAKFAST SERVED.

We live next door to the property. We love to ski and live 10 minutes from Alta and Snowbird.

The unique benefits of this property is that there are 7 ski areas within a 30 minute drive of the house. It is off the main road, so it is quiet and there is an indoor swimming pool, sauna and 2 hottubs available to use during a stay at the property.

This is a great house for an extended family visit. We stayed the week leading up to Christmas and had a great celebration. The house is close to a good selection of ski hills with excellent snow. The sauna, pool, and hot tub were great relaxation tools after a hard-driving day on the slopes. The kitchen was amply-sized and we fit all of us around the table for the Christmas turkey. Everyone loved the stay and we'll definitely stay again for our next trip to Utah!
