This villa is in a quiet, secure location with a great view of the ocean from the roof top terrace. You can enjoy an incredible sunrises and sunsets to the music of the crashing surf. We have frequently seen deer in the game preserve adjacent to this unit.

There are two swimming pools and a swimming pool size wading pool for children, with tables, chairs and palapas in a garden setting and a tennis court for guests' use.

Quintas del Mar is located on Cerritos Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Mazatlan is a few minutes north of the Golden Zone. There is a long stretch of clean, uncrowded tranquil beaches and excellent swimming conditions. There is an uninterrupted view of the sunsets.

Buses are available to the Golden Zone and the downtown Center so a car is not a necessity.
