Cable TV with built in DVD/VCR Stereo, Wireless Internet, Full Kitchen upstairs with furnished kitchenette downstairs, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cookware and utensils provided, Linens provided, Dishes and flatware provided, Washer, Dryer, Elec. Grill (BBQ), No Smoking, No Pets. Sleeps 6-8, 2/BR-2/BA+ Bunk Room & Family Rooms. You have a personal 24' boat slip located at "The Docks" Marina, walking distance from The Cottage.

Check out time is 10:00 AM, Check in time is 5:00 PM.
4 day minimum rental/$250 per night-(until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice).
7% bed tax, $500 Damage deposit required-Cleaning fees will be deducted from the $500.00 damage deposit
