Grill (BBQ), No Smoking, No Pets. Sleeps 6-8, 2/BR-2/BA+ Bunk Room & Family Rooms. You have a personal 24' boat slip located at "The Docks" Marina, walking distance from The Cottage.
Check out time is 10:00 AM, Check in time is 5:00 PM.
4 day minimum rental/$250 per night-(until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice).
7% bed tax, $500 Damage deposit required-Cleaning fees will be deducted from the $500.00 damage deposit
