Ready to relax? You can be..... Walk 90 SECONDS to a beautiful white beach!! Or sit on one of the TWO balconies and let the ocean breezes wash over you. Just GORGEOUS.


Large three bedroom, three full bath duplex for rent with terrific ocean views. Perfect for both children and seniors. Quiet neighborhood, great location. Available year-round. Kids love this place but it is really perfect for three couples and it would make it very inexpensive. Comfortably sleeps eight.

Comfortable, new (King & Queen) beds in all three of the bedrooms. Beautiful linens in all three of the FULL baths. The kitchen has every appliance needed for a margarita party or cooking for family.

There is a TV in the living area and two other TV's in two of the bedrooms. In addition there is a stereo system with CD. Alarm clocks in two of three bedrooms because after sleeping on these mattresses you will not want to wake up!

The two balconies are furnished so you can sit with drink in hand and enjoy the priceless views.

This area of West Beach is quieter than other parts of Gulf Shores so here is a perfect spot for relaxation or for a party! Of course it is not a far drive to Orange Beach, AL or the famous FloraBama and Perdido Key, FL. And approximately an hour to Biloxi, MS for gambling and shows. Mobile, 45 minutes away, is home to the USS Alabama. And New Orleans being only 2.5 half hours away could be a day trip even. Or just stay at the beach, plenty to do and what a pretty beach to do it!

Owners love to "share" opinions of restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do and try. Customer Service is a specialty!

  • Thanks Jolene! We absolutely had a awesome family vacation! It was so nice to just walk across the street to the beach. The ocean views were beautiful, the ocean breezes were very nice, the beds were very comfy and all in all it was a very pleasant stay for our family of 5. It was like a home away from home with all the amenties. We made alot of great memories. Thanks-again Jolene for making our family vacation a very pleasant and enjoyable one.

There was plenty of room and privacy for 3 couples and assorted small children and their cribs. we are already planning next year. thanks, Jolene for a wonderful place to stay.

  • A couple of my girlfriends and I were generously given this great opportunity to use the Swisher Suites for our Spring Break trip. We instantly fell in love with the place once we arrived. There was plenty of space for the luggage of 6 girls. We loved how convenient the beach was as well as all the shopping and restaurant options in the area. Also, the price for the week was very affordable! Overall, it was a great get-a-way for us and we would absolutely love to do it again.

  • Our experience at the Swisher Suites was wonderful. We felt at home before we ever arrived due to the owner (Jolene's) southern hospitality and charm. There were 3 couples and each of us had plenty of privacy while at the same time plenty of space to gather together for meals and entertaining! The condo is fully equipped if you want to cook and there are plenty of restaurants close by if you want to eat out. The water is beautiful and the beach is easily accessible. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

  • Staying in this place is just marvelous! We love the location; it is convenient to everything! there is nothing that blocks the view of the beach. Sitting on the balcony is just wonderful. There is always shade, and or sun if you wish to soak up some rays. The walk across the street is nothing. You can have the best of both worlds, relaxing on the beach or relaxing on one of the balconys. We have stayed here many, many times and just love it!

  • This unit was very convenient for the two couples on our vacation. Each of the three bedrooms had its own full bath, ceiling fan, and large closet. There was plenty of room for meals, card and game playing, and the two couches were very comfortable. There is a deck on both floors looking toward the ocean, and it was very pleasant sipping a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise. This location is convenient to beach access, golf courses, restaurants, shopping and other local attractions. We will definitely stay here again.

  • I recently spent a week at Swisher Suites and had a wonderful vacation. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are huge, plenty of room for everyone. Watching the waves of the ocean from the balcony was very relaxing. Everything is new and modern, very clean, the best place to rent for a vacation to remember.   • We had a three couple vacation here in August and it was terrific! We had views, privacy, and roomy bedrooms and baths. Staying here was a real BARGAIN and is highly recommended to all.
