SIXTY STEPS FROM A CLEAN WHITE BEACH and recently remodeled and upgraded. New carpet, paint, curtains, linens, pillows, and so on!!
This beach house is across a two lane road from turquoise waters and an uncrowded beach! You walk 60 steps or you could sit on one of the TWO balconies and let the ocean breezes wash over you and your family. Free Wifi for rainy days (yuck!) so bring your laptops.
LARGE three bedroom, three FULL bath duplex for rent with terrific ocean views. Perfect for a large family or three couples with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom (and my beds are terrific!) Great location with privacy and available year-round. Covered parking for 3 vehicles (2 covered so the cars can stay shaded) or a truck and boat. I've even had campers there.
Comfortable, new (King & Queen) beds in all three family size bedrooms. Beautiful new linens in all three of the FULL baths. The fully equipped kitchen has every appliance needed for a margarita party or cooking for family.
There is a TV in both the living room and two bedrooms. In addition there is a stereo system with CD in another bedroom. Alarm clocks in two of the three bedrooms because after sleeping on these mattresses you and the kids will not want to get out of bed!
The TWO balconies are furnished so you can relax and enjoy the priceless views.
This area of West Beach in Gulf Shores is private and both newlyweds and families like this quiet area of the beach, it truly is a perfect spot for relaxation or for a party!
Fly into Pensacola, Mobile, or Biloxi airports which are all near! Or if you are driving there is so much to do. On Hwy 59 South in Summerdale, AL you can go to Gator Alley or stop in at Burris Farm Market in Loxley for this country's best Key Lime Pie. In Mobile Bay don't miss the USS Alabama or Bellingrath Gardens nearby. For shows and gambling Biloxi is fun and only 90 minutes away!
I don't know why you would ever leave the beach or my house but contact me for ideas if you do want to get to know the Gulf Coast!

Why the Owner Chose Other Gulf Shores Properties
Gulf Shores is fantastic. I looked at lots of beaches but I love the Gulf Coast and I would swear the water is more blue there! Friendly people, great food (Royal Reds!), and that white sand beach sealed the deal for me.
I have been to 25 different beaches both US and Non US and this is my number one!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We buy Royal Reds (can't get them anywhere else!) and eat ourselves silly after a day in that warm, blue water. The beach being just steps away we can easily go in, go back to the house, back to the beach, and so on.
We usually go to the Wharf one night even if just to walk around but the shows at the Amphitheatre are awesome there.
We take other couples who love to go over to Biloxi or Mobile Bay for day trips.

I recently returned from one of the most enjoyable vactions I have ever been on. Our home away from home was in the perfect location, with white sandy beachs just a few steps away and a bike or walking path right outside our door, who could ask for more! Each of the three bedrooms had it's own fully furnished bathroom, the kitchen had anything you would ever need and the two balconies gave us beautiful views of the gulf. This quiet location is perfect for surf fishing, walking on the beach or just catching some sun. While we were there, we also decided to spend a couple of days in Biloxi and New Orleans. We had a great time gambling in Biloxi's beautiful casinos and hanging out on Bourbon Street. The best part was that it was only a short drive away so we did'nt waste a large part of our vacation on the road. The only bad thing about this vacation rental is having to leave. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home.

Our week at the Swisher Suites was perfect. The location is the best in Gulf Shores. The beach view from the balcony was beautiful and the white sand beaches were spacious and very, very clean. I will recommend this property to any and all of my friends wishing to visit Southern Alabama. The owners were excellent to work with and I will be visiting this location again.

This was the best vacation ever. This condo is more than a vacation spot, it's a home away from home. I didn't want for anything. It was soooooooo comfortable. I didn't want to leave once I got there. It was close to everything including a beautiful beach. Waking up the view was a great way to start the day. Being there during the shrimp festival just made it that much more special. I would recommend this to everyone at any time of the year.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Swisher Suites. The house was very clean and comfortable. We will definately rent again. The owners are very very nice and very easy to rent with. We were there during 4th of July and it was great. We could see the fireworks from the balcony, and even though Gulf Shores was crowded, the beach there in front of the house was not bad at all. We loved it!!!

This year will be our the fourth year staying at Swisher Suites. I knew we had found a jewel after our group stayed the first year. My husband and I will not stay anywhere else on our trip to Gulf Shores. Everything you could possible need is already provided. All you have to bring is yourself, clothes and an attitude to have a great vacation. Swisher Suites will always hold a special place in my heart. We love you Jolene!

Ms. Swisher, My husband and I were very excited about staying at the beautiful beach suite. The setting made the trip relaxing and we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings sitting on the deck looking at the gulf. Absolutely the best vacation we've had in years. The unit is attractively furnished, well-equipped and very, very quiet. easy beach access, plenty of parking. There was plenty of room and privacy for 3 couples and assorted small children and their cribs. we are already planning next year. thanks, Jolene for a wonderful place to stay.
