Twenty-five hundred square-foot luxury home designed for comfort with an elegant touch. Family friendly, the spacious rooms each have their own style, yet flow together to create the perfect home for entertaining. Located in the most prestigious area of Jacaranda Country Club is the gated Country Club Village, a unique place with beautiful homes--each architecturally different and professionally landscaped.
Entering through the leaded glass doors gets a WOW from everyone as you look through the living room and pool area to the gorgeous view of the lake and 16th green. You are assured of privacy since the lake separates the property from the golf course. The large living room with full glass wall opening to the lanai and view is a great place to curl up and relax or entertain. A sleeper sofa, two arm chairs, an upholstered chair with ottoman, and asst cabinets and tables are enhanced by the owners beautiful art works.
The dining room opens off the foyer and living room and features a large table which opens to seat 12 and an antique french buffet. A few steps away is a large custom kitchen with lanai pass-through, fully equipped with panty, loads of storage, appliance bins, and a round glass table seating four to six. Leading from the kitchen to the family room is a spacious area with a full bar, cabinets, and second refrigerator enhanced by a beautiful antique French armoire.
The family oriented great room (24-by-18 feet) stresses comfort and features BABY GRAND PIANO, sectional sleeper sofa with matching recliner, large game table with six chairs in front of a sweeping 16-foot bay window with lake/golf view.
Another full glass wall looks over the pool area and a half bath opens to pool and great room. A third outdoor shower is in three pool area. The large entertainment center features a 42-inch plasma TV with HD and DVD player, a library of novels, games, etc. The lanai and pool were designed for relaxing and entertaining; the 45-foot covered area has all wicker furniture; two bar stools, rd glass table with four chairs, two rocking chairs, chaise lounge with table, armchair, wrought iron serving cart and enclosed cabinet featuring storage cabinets and large gas grill.
A walkway leads to a small dock area great for fishing, spectacular bird watching, or just chilling out with a glass of wine to watch the spectacular sunsets.
The split bedroom plan is ideal, and the large master bedroom has a tropical feel with a custom headboard and matching double rattan lounge chair with ottoman. Large dresser, TV armoire with DVD player, makeup table, and bedside tables complete this room. The master closet is a room in itself with lots of storage area. The split master bath has two rooms, one with corner sink, cabinets and two built-in hampers; adjoining this is a large room with second vanity, huge corner tub, walk in shower and concealed toilet.
The guest bedroom wing has a large bedroom with sleeper sofa, TV, leather recliner and doubles as an office with two desks, two chests, and full closet wall. The third bedroom converts from two twins to a king bed also with a large closet. The spacious guest bathroom completes this wing with a shower/tub, large linen closet, plus vanity wall and toilet. A large laundry room with built-in desk, lots of cabinets, a closet and sink leads to the spacious two car garage with additional storage space.
