Located in the gated community of Ocean Village on Hutchinson Island, our condo sits a mere 75 yards from the private beach, making it easy to come and go to the beach with great ease!! There are fabulous ocean views from the condo and cooling sea breezes galore!
The community's many resort amenities make it easy to please your family's active vacation agenda. Ocean Village features 1/2 mile of private beach, three heated pools, a par three golf course, walking paths, and a restaurant. An onsite tennis pro offers private tennis lessons and during the summer months golf is free. The onsite oceanfront restaurant is family owned and operated and offers a wide selection of high quality dishes throughout the day. The restaurant also runs the poolside Tiki Bar which serves sandwiches, burgers, wings and a variety of beverages.
We've designed our condo to offer all the comforts and economic sensibilities of home. Our condominium sits on the top/third floor and has been fully updated to suits the vacationing mindset. We have chosen a Scandinavian style blue white and yellow color scheme and accented that theme with cathedral ceilings, white wainscoting, pine furniture, tiled floors and nautical accessories. The kitchen has all new cookware, dishware, and appliances. A dishwasher and microwave add to the convenience and ease of cooking family meals while on vacation. The living room has cathedral ceilings, pine furniture, ceiling fans, a large couch and two updated reclining chairs. The TV armoire holds the television (w/cable) as well as a VCR and DVD player.
The master bedroom has golf course views, a king size pine bed, a walk in closet, an LL Bean hook area rug, and a new en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has twin beds featuring Tommy Hilfiger quilts with a surfboard theme and a television. There's an adjacent bathroom with a shower and tub.
There are tile floors throughout the unit, making it easy to maintain and manage. The screened lanai has a table and chairs and overlooks the golf course.
The laundry room has a new full-size washer and dryer.
There is lots to see and do in this area dubbed Florida's Treasure Coast. Historic Fort Pierce has a great Saturday morning farmers market that offers local fruits and vegetables as well as delicious hand baked goodies and live entertainment. There are numerous museums featuring local information, historic shipwrecks,artists and wildlife. There are also options for boat tours and deep sea fishing charters. Local parks feature nature trails, kayaking opportunities and outdoor exploration. Restaurant options are abundant. |
