The unit was as depicted in the photos and descriptions. The beds and other furniture were comfortable, the view of the beach was lovely, and the property (sidewalks, elevator, etc.) was tidy. Beautiful beaches, too. Best seafood we had was at Dewey Destin Harborside - good prices, too. Great bagels at Not Just Bagels just across the highway near Publix. Try their scallion bacon cream cheese. We were in Destin for my brother's wedding, and they had a dinner reception at Camille's right across the street from the condo. The food there was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed such a great time at this condo! Plenty of room for us, our 2 children, and my in-laws. The owners have spent lot of attention on the details in the condo. The condo is warmly decorated, the kitchen has everything in it that you expect to find at home, and the wood floors and other custom touches were well-noticed. Also, the owners were very pleasant and efficient to work with. We would definitely come back to this condo on another trip to Destin.

We were amazed by our codo and will definitely be returning. We were right on the beach and it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim by and to list to the ocean waves all day and night. All bedrooms were great with your own bath and the kids loved having their own room and bathroom upstairs. Kitchen was fully equipped and we liked the fact that we were just minutes away from Target and other stores. Going to the harbor was nice and lots of great places to eat. We were there 11 days and never had an issue with anything. Great owners to rent from. Thanks for a great time!!

This is the second time my family and I have vacationed here. The condo is beautiful! The view from the balcony is picture perfect. I love being able to hear the ocean from our bedroom too. The property is close to shopping and great restuarants. I will definately be coming back again.

My wife and our three children stay for a second year at this condo on the beach. Perfect location and condo is in great shape. We will be back again next year!

Our family of four and another family of four spent a week in this condo and loved every minute of it!! The beach was beautiful and the location was great. I loved that there were no hi-rise buildings in the area and it was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The condo was just like the pictures. The upstairs room was great for the three older kids in our group (5 year old twins and a 6 year old). They loved the bunk beds. The two master bedrooms were great and were big enough for one to have a pack-n-play set up for the baby in the group. Our bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! We would happily return in the future.

This condo is exactly as it is portrayed. The owner is very easy to work with and readily available. It is easy to get to from the airport, in a great part of the Destin beaches. This area does not have a lot of high rises, so you are not overwhelmed on the beach with lots of people and you are directly on the beach. The size and amenities of the condo should meet everyone's needs from the wonderful view from the balcony for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, to the water toys, comfortable beds, and tasteful decorations creating the feel of the beach without being campy. The 2 master bedrooms was a plus so no one had to fight for the king bed. We hope to return next year!

My family has stayed in this condo for the last several years. It is absolutely beautiful! The location, ammenities, and view are the reasons we keep coming back! If you are looking for a place to make great memories this is the place for you!

This was our second time to stay at this condo...it provided lots of room for our families and our teenagers...the extra bedroom and bath upstairs was a really big plus with the kids when it came to picking a place to stay. Also, nothing beats the location...we enjoy being able to see the beach and the "dolphins" from the balcony the most and being just down the street from all the restaurants and stores makes this place a great vacation stay.

The condo is much bigger than the pictures, and has an excellent location. Great beach access and the amenities like the pool and hot tub are nice as well. There were beach toys and things in a closet which was nice to have as well, overall a great experience and nice place. I would recommend it to anyone, but especially families!

This condo was better in person than in the pictures and the pictures were great! The view is beautiful and beach access was a breeze. I will definately be coming back again next summer, if not sooner!

I searched for a long time to find the right location and right condo and this one is it! Having the 3rd BR and bath upstairs was a big hit with my teenagers. Being right on the beach and not having to look across traffic and a highway from your balcony is the way to go. We rented bikes across the street and walked to Destin Commons which is a must for anyone visiting. The owners have a clean and tastefully decorated condo without all the crazy Floridian themes. Serene and classy. We'll be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this unit a couple of weeks ago. Very nice unit, loved the decor and open feel to the unit. Weather was wonderful all week. We totally relaxed. It was a little confusing with all the different codes.
