Completed in 2005, this luxuriously appointed pool home offers guests comfort, convenience and resort quality amenities. This virtually new home extends 1,850 square feet of indoor living by adding approximately 500 square feet of outdoor living. The screened lanai provides additional area of entertainment or private relaxation complete with conversation lounge set, four lounge chairs, built-in fire-pit and outdoor cable television. The pool and spa are heated electronically; with one touch control system activated from either the master bedroom or deck.

Experience the best of the Saturnia Lakes community while balancing relaxation with socialization. The clubhouse has its own world of resort quality offerings ? two pools, whirlpool, "mini beach", massage rooms, Har Tru tennis courts, basketball court and internet cafe. The fitness center offers both workout and an aerobics room for classes. There is also a billiards room, card room and social hall. Not to be forgotten, additional play areas are available for our littlest guests. Golf is easily accessible from three neighboring communities.

This luxuriously furnished and impeccably decorated single family home sleeps six. The Caribbean-themed master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, European style master bath with oversized glass enclosed shower, garden tub and water closet (WC). The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king size bed with ease.

The den is furnished with a complete workstation and has a queen sleeper sofa which sleeps two additional guests. The beautifully designed kitchen is fully equipped for casual dining with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. For formal dining occasions, the dining room seats six. The Bernhardt furnished family room has flat-screen, cable television and overlooks the landscaped lanai.

  • Beautiful home with every amenity you could imagine. Wonderful clubhouse with billards room, ping-pong room, internet cafe, aerobics room, arts and craft room, state of the art fitness center, Massage palors with saunas, olympic and lap pools as well as kids pool and movie theater on friday nts. We felt like we were at a upscale Spa Resort!!!!!!
