The home is directly across the street from the Chapel by the Sea and the Captiva Library, and is only a few minutes away by foot from many shops and local attractions. Restaurants such as Mucky Duck, The Bubble Room, and The Key Lime Bistro are all within walking distance. There is also a golf course nearby, only a few minutes away by car. Casa Shandria is newly renovated, and now features a heated pool and a patio out back for relaxing, plus full indoor amenities.
