This Caribbean hideaway is nestled upon a finger of land jutting out into St. John's famous Coral Bay, the largest natural harbor in the Caribbean. The home, named Halcyon Days, has panoramic, 270 degree oceanview and view into Coral Bay, including views of Norman and Flanigan Islands, a unique fringing reef, a view of the East End and through Haulover Bay, British Tortola.

Over 1000 feet of deck space, overlooking a lush atrium, allows you to soak in the sun, tradewinds, night skies and many water views in the shade or sun, according to your taste, at all hours of the day. Bananaquits and multicolored wrens will keep you company for the price of a little sugar.

The house is kid-friendly, easily accessible off of a paved driveway, has ample flat parking space for three vehicles and has it's own private fruit and flower garden. It is fully furnished, with all needed equipment for gourmet cooking. It is a house where you can relax and not worry about getting a little sand on the floor.

Jan 06-Apr 15 .. $3200/week (Winter).
Apr 16-Dec 20 .. $2500/week (Summer, Fall).
Rates do not include 8% USVI Hotel Tax that is paid by renter.
Rates are for 1 to 8 people but can accommodate 10.
There is a $50 per day per person charge for more than 8 guests.
This charge is $75 per day per person during the Christmas season.
