This romantic, warm and bright, one bedroom apartment (35 square meters) or approximately 350 square feet) is located within five minutes by foot from the enchanting and lively rue Champs Elysees, 15 minutes by foot from the most Parisian of monuments, the Eiffel Tower, and 20 minutes by foot from the breathtaking Place de Concorde, the Tuileries Gardens and world renowned Louvre Museum, plus a large variety of other wonderful Parisian monuments and sites.
Fully renovated in November 2007, this clean and comfortable apartment is located on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a classic, well preserved French style building. The building entrance is equipped with two digicode doors and the apartment is secured with a double bolt door lock with non-duplicable keys for maximum security.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet and sink, hairdryer plus an assortment of luxurious towels. The view from the large living room and bedroom windows is unobstructed and opens up onto the rooftops of Parisian style apartments. The apartment comfortably accommodates two adults, with extra sleeping arrangements for up to two young children or an adult in the living room.
The apartment is situated in the wealthy, safe, residential 16th/8th neighbourhood, also known as the 'Golden Triangle'. The apartment is located on a lively, fully serviced street including several grocery shops, bakery, meat shop, wine/liquor store, pharmacy, flower shop, dry-cleaner, restaurants and cafes. A variety of shopping, boutiques, cafes and restaurants are located within walking distance, as well as movie theatres, night clubs and other evening entertainment.
The apartment is very centrally located providing easy access to just about every other area of Paris. Most notably, the apartment is a five minute walk from the main metro line located at the famous Arc de Triomphe (Metro line 1 - Charles-de-Gaulle Etoile) that runs through the heart of Paris. This metro station is also the connection point for various other important metro lines leading to popular Parisian neighbourhoods, tourist sites and museums, and Euro Disney. Most other major metro lines are within walking distance from the apartment or easily connected to by one of the closely situated metro lines. Additionally, given the central location of the apartment, there are several major bus routes which run close or within easy walking distance of the apartment.
