Unit A-101 is 2 stories in a 2-story building, with an ocean view from a 100 square foot patio off the living room and a 96 square foot balcony ('lanai' in Hawaiian) off the master bedroom, from where the crash of the waves can be seen and heard.

In November of 2005, each room was completely refurnished; and most of the kitchen utensils/supplies were completely replaced.

All you need to move in are groceries and your vacation clothes!
