  My friends and family have enjoyed staying at this property on 3 separate occasions and are getting ready to book it again for at least 1 week in 2013, maybe 2. The location is perfect for us - away from the hustle and noise, but close enough that there are plenty of places to go to eat and shop without driving a long way. We almost booked somewhere else the first time because there was no dishwasher - thank goodness we booked it anyway. We do actually remember how to wash dishes in the sink and we ate out or just snacked most of the time anyway. The view from the back deck is splendid. We drank our coffee out there every morning and had adult beverages there every evening. When it rained or got too hot, we moved into the screened porch. Last May, we were lucky enough to be there when the baby purple martins next door were just learning to fly - just being able to watch them was worth the trip! We'll try to plan a trip for the same days this year so we can watch them again! The owners have been very prompt in responding to our inquiries. We made one minor complaint after our first stay and that was fixed when we went back the next time! If you have teenagers wanting to be where the action is, this is not the place for you. But if you want to walk the beach, fish, sunbathe, or just sit and watch the surf during sunrise or sunset, you won't find anything better for the price.

  My husband, son and I took vacation and included my father in law, mother in law and sister in law and we all had a great time! This is the place to stay! Who could ask for anything better! Right on the beach! If your not a beach bum like my father in law you can set on the deck or in the enclosed porch and watch the people on the beach or watch the dolphins (we would see them early in the mornings and at dusk) I would for sure tell anyone to stay here if they were planning a trip to PCB,Fl. Great location for everything and easy to get in ande out going or coming we thought. It's especially nice to go on vacation and know that when you have to come home you can come home with all clean laundry that is a BIG plus for me! The renter's are also very good at keeping in touch with you, they were very nice to deal with. You can tell they love their home that they grew up staying in as well. I will most dif.stay here if I ever come back to PCB,Fl. People are nice and Shell Island is a must!!!! By far that is a place to go to while visiting PCB,Fl.

  We are already planning on staying here next year for our vacation! We've been coming to this beach for about 9 yrs. as a family and this is by far the best vacation we've had. The cottage is fantastic, the location is perfect!!! So nice to be away from all the crowds and to be directly on the beach! The cottage has everything you need, just bring your linens, toiletries, bath and beach towels and swim suits!! The owners were easy to deal with and promt to reply!! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us! Looking forward to being here next summer!!!

  OMG! We just got back from staying in Sunnyside and we absolutely loved it. The bungalow is perfect. It is exactly how described. It was wonderful having full size laundry machines to use. We were there for 3 weeks and it felt like heaven. We would run to Thomas's Donuts in the morning and relax on the porch with fresh coffe and the sight, sounds, and smell of the ocean. I think I had a smile on my face the whole time. Highly recommend... Thank you Katie....

  It was nice and roomy and easy to find. Being on the beach is the best. Nice to have "our own house" without sharing walls with anyone else. Easy to drive to many sites. Would recommend it. Owners were very nice to deal with and were prompt to reply. The photos show everything just the way it is.

  Cute,Cosy,Comfy and Convenient Beach Cottage.As close as you can get to the gulf!! Most enjoyable week at Sunnyside beach. Highly recommend!

  How wonderful it is to wake up, don your suit and go directly to the ocean just outside the front door! To spend the day on the beach with the convenience of the cottage right there for food and restroom breaks is ideal! The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Two grocery stores are nearby and other shopping is also not far. I highly recommend this jewel by the ocean.

  A group of us have been staying at this wonderful cottage each summer for a few years now! We each agree that this is the best spot in the whole town! Quaint, quiet. Close to so many things! Perfect for the lazy days of summer! I have enjoyed all the ammenities this lovely cottage has to offer! Terrific location on the sand! Each year, we hate having to leave, because it is so comfortable! We love staying here!

  This is a wonderful place to stay! All the cottage charm and right on the beach. Very relaxing, all the amenities needed. Close to things needed but not in all the beach craziness. Very affordable - I will stay there again!

  My family and I really enjoyed our time at your lovely cottage! It was so nice to have dinners on the patio with the sun setting over the ocean in the background. I loved being the first one up in the morning and savoring my cup of coffee on the screened porch and hearing only the waves softly lapping the beach. Perfect location to watch the kids from while they play in the sand and water. You should be sure to visit Gulf World and Shell Island while you are vacationing. We saw dolphins everyday of our vacation.
