STILL OPEN FOR CHRISTMAS AND SUNDANCE...GREAT LOCATION with brand new furnishings. Only one hundred yards to "Quit'n Time" ski run, just ski down to the Town Lift. So warm and cozy you won't want to leave.
Two TV's offering HBO, Cinemax, and Serius Radio. Flat screen, DVD, Wi-Fi, Ipod dock. One room has a queen, the other two twins, and also a sleeper sofa. We have two off-street parking spaces (a premium for Old Town) For those who are familiar with Park City, we are above the Catholic Church. Next to the Main Street stairs, no need to rent a car. This is the best location in you want to ski Park City Mt. Resort during the day and walk to town for the evening.
A 50% deposit is required with all bookings and is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival. Final payment and a $300 damage deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival.

FAQ's
1. Bed set-up: 1 queen in Master; 2 twins in 2nd bedroom; queen pullout couch
2. Physical Address: FOR MAPQUEST 150 Norfolk Ave; Park City UT 84060; the street sign states Upper Norfolk! 3rd street above Main ST.
3. Bathroom set-up: One is a full bath (bath tub/shower); the other is a 3/4 bath (shower but no tub)
4. Ski-in/ski-out situation: On the PCMR trail map, look for the "Upper Norfolk Cutoff" ski trail--that takes you home and is about a 100 yd walk to the house.
5. IF YOU RENT A CAR: this is a mountain town and the streets in old town are narrow, if you choose to rent a car, 4wd or allwd is a needed in the winter. There are 2 off street parking spaces.
6. Kitchen: this has a full size kitchen and is fully equipped!
7. The walk to town: you have to take the Old Town stairs, it takes me 5 mins to get to the heart of town; since the walk home is uphill, it takes me about 8 mins to get home. |
