I chose to buy this property in this area because it is a oceanfront property and this is the closest you can be to the ocean. Because of rules and regulation now no one can build so close to the beach anymore.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I enjoy the sound of the waves, the sunrise in the morning, the miles and miles of soft white sand, the clear blue water just like the carribean ocean. The attractions in St. Augustine downtown areas, and the property is on an Island, Anastasia Island how cool is that.

Thanks Jazz! My friend and I had a great time staying in your condo. As promised, it was clean and fully equiped as you seemed to anticipate our every need to make our stay comfortable. I especially enjoyed the view of the beach and watching the turtles and rabbits run around the dunes! It was also very private and relaxing and I have a feeling we have found our new "get away"! See you next year!

our family stayed in this condo and loved it~very clean and neat,beds are very comfortable too! we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the oceanview! The owner is so wonderful and easy going ,it was such a pleasure staying here and meeting her. this is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in at this location. we will definitely call her again next yr when we are ready for vacation!

I can not say enough good things about Jazz and her condo. We love it and it makes us feel at home. This was the 2nd year in a row that we stayed here and it is perfect. I love it that we can walk right out onto the patio to the pool then to the beach. It is perfect for us. Jazz was so accommodating last year when we needed to bring our little toy fox terrier BudD. He loved it. This year he was not with us because he passed away in May,2011. Staying here brought back such wonderful memories of him. We will always stay here when we come to St. Augustine. Love you Jazz!

My husband and I along with our dog Molly have stayed here for the past two years and we've had an excellent time each year. The view is phenominal and the condo is always clean and well-maintained. Jazz provides a great space and great service. We appreciate her allowing us to bring our Molly with us as she enjoys the beach as well. The outlets are just a hop, skip and a jump away as well as local supermarkets. I would recommend this place for anyone, especially pet owners with well behaved dogs.

I researched everywhere for my girlfriend's birthday surprise at St. Augustine. I spent about a month trying to find an oceanfront place. My main concern was the view! I wanted a place as close to the water as possible. The oceanfront view at this place is amazing. Please ask Jacinth for a picture if you don't see it. The place is perfect for a couple or a small family. It is a very short walk to the beach through the bridge access. It is very clean. I also had to find a place that was pet friendly, and Jacinth was very accommodating. The location is on the beautiful Cresant beach, which is very private, and you can even drive up on the beach! The condo is about 10 minutes from downtown historic district. I would recommend this place and would stay here again. Her prices are fantastic as well. You won't find a better deal for such an amazing place like this, TRUST ME I DID THE RESEARCH AND CONTACTED EVERYONE IN ST AUGUSTINE. Feel free to ask me.

We had a wonderful time at Jazz' condo. The condo was just as described and well maintained. This is a perfect condo for vacationers who travel with small pets. "Pepper" our 13 pound Peek-a-poo felt right at home, at her beach vacation home. We loved the quiet walks on the beach with "Pepper". Historic St. Augustine is just 10 minutes away, with everything from shopping, eating, and attractions for everyone. This is a must visit city and place to stay when in Florida. We will definately return again.
