Peaceful gated community sports lots of sun and sand without the congestion found in more populated areas. The mystique of "the cape" is all about gorgeous sunrises and sunsets with lots of serious relaxation in-between. Comfortable townhome with the convenience of wireless internet. Elevator services ground, first and second levels. Ground level covered parking, fish clean sink, boardwalk to beach. First living level full kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining and living areas (TV w/DVD-VCR) open on to patio with gas grill and view of the beach. Second level master bedroom has king-sized bed, TV w/DVD-VCR, private bath, deck and beach view. Second bedroom has two twin beds, private bath, TV w/DVD, balcony. Washer and dryer on second level. Third level loft bedroom has two twin beds, accessible by large wall ladder (kids love it!). Full-sized sofabed in living area may be used to sleep two.

Mid Season .... Mar 03-May 25 & Sep 05-Dec 22 .. $ 894/week.
High Season* .. May 26-Sep 04 .. $1117/week.
*Also includes the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's.
Winter .. Dec 01-Feb 28 .. $1117/month + $300 utilities.

Add 11% for local,state,bed taxes & $120/per rental: linens & cleaning.
$100 pet deposit required if pets are to be present in rental.
