We had a wonderful time at the Splash Resort. The condo is beautiful & the view from the balcony is amazing!! The children loved the pool area. One night they played a movie at the pool and called it "Dive in movie night". Our kids loved it!! The owners are great to do business with and I highly recommend renting from them and visiting Panama City, Florida!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

My husband,mom,and my two children stayed April 21 thru 25. Although it was a little cool while we were there the condo was beautiful and such a comfortable place to stay. We will definitely try to go back!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was very clean, very comfortable and quite modern. The TV was huge and the sound system was great. Not that we spent that much time watching TV - Panama City Beach was wonderful. We were close to the action but far enough away not to be "caught up" in it. The pool was great and the splash park looked like a lot of fun. We felt guilty for not bringing the kids on this vacation. Oh well - Maybe next time.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We spent the last 2 weeks in August at Chip and Karen's condo and we had an amazing time! The condo itself was spectacular and so were the facilities. It was a great location for a family vacation with small children. Chip and Karen were extremely helpful both before and during our stay. They were always open and honest and answered all of our questions. My only complaint would be the seaweed on the beach which was dense at some points throughout our vacation. Otherwise it was wonderful and the beach was still beautiful. You can be sure we will come out and visit again as soon as we can!Recommended for: Families with young children.

Splash is a very nice place to stay.My sister and her 4 year old grandson and my 2 year old grandson stayed here,we had a real good time.The condo was really nice.I'll come and stay here again.Hopefull real soon.Mr.and Mrs. Wood thanks for letting us enjoy your vacation home.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

About the owner: Chip and Karen Wood are a 50-something couple who live in South Carolina, happily married for 39 years. They have two adult children, seven grandchildren and enjoy traveling and outdoor activities.
Why the Owner Chose Splash:
The beach! The quality of Panama City Beach- the fine white sand, the warm, phenomenally emerald green gulf water- all within a day's drive of our home. We have visited many beaches, but have found none that compare. Well, maybe Maui, of course!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
From our balcony we routinely see dolphins, sting rays, and schools of fish. Because we are on the 15th floor, the noise from below is muffled- drowned out by the surf. We are close enough to the more heavily trafficked part of the beach to be able to enjoy all PCB has to offer, yet far enough away to avoid the crowd.
