It's built in 2006, and is completely furnished. The property is only 5 minutes from Northstar ski resort (completely remodeled village with many shops/restaurants/skating ring), 15 minutes from world class olympic Squaw Valley, Sugar Bowl is 10 miles away, Alpine Meadows is 20 miles away, 10 minutes from the Truckee river and walking distance from the historic Truckee downtown. If you enjoy gambling, RENO is 20 min away. Majestic Lake Tahoe is 10 min away, you'll enjoy some magnificent views of the world famous lake if you're an avid photographer. You won't regret staying in this house if you're looking for a place to relax to get away from the busy life of the city.
This house is perfect for entertainment. Enjoy watching movies in front of a large plasma TV with surround sound. Bring your laptop to connect to wireless high speed DSL. There's a game console available for your kids to play and many board games. There is a little park in front of the house for your kids to play also.
The house is less than 5 minutes from SAFEWAY, shopping, restaurants, and convenience store, with easy access to I-80 (1 mile).
The house is two stories. The living room featuring high vaulted ceiling is warm and cozy with a fireplace and entertainment system. There's a half bathroom downstairs. The couch is a convertible bed. Games are available in the garage area.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, the second one has another set of bunk beds. The masterbedroom has a queen bed and has a private balcony. The laundry room has a dryer and washer available for your use. Everything is provided: bedding, linens and towels.
There's a 2 car garage and you can park another 2 cars in the driveway.

$150 Cleaning Fee and $300 Refundable Security Deposit are required.
