Newly constructed and impeccably furnished, we have not cut any corners in this property! Wood floors throughout the living and kitchen areas, upgraded flooring throughout the rest of the home, custom designed bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops are just a few of the upgrades you will find in the cabin.
Our cabin has three bedrooms, two with king-sized beds, and a large retreat room with 2 sets of bunkbeds and a sleeper sofa! All of the bedrooms have their own full-sized bathrooms.
The cabin has two flat-screen televisions with satellite, wireless internet, a heated garage, a full-sized washer and dryer, and a gaslog fireplace. We also have a high chair and port-a-crib for the little ones.
Every window in the cabin has magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and forests. We even have a telescope so that you can watch the skiers on the Winter Park runs from the front porch!
The home is on a very quiet street with virtually no car traffic. It is a great setting for the kids to play outside all day! In the summer, they can ride the bikes up and down the street, and down the side of the mountain if they're daring enough! During the winter, they have fun making their own sled runs on the side of the house. All the while, you can relax on the porch or deck with a glass of wine and watch the kiddos in total relaxation! This is what "family vacation" is all about!
The location is incredibly convenient to the slopes and nearby shopping and restaurants.

Why the Owner Chose Rendezvous
We visited Winter Park, CO for the first time a few years ago. We absolutely fell in love with the family atmosphere and the breathtaking beauty of the area. The weather in the summer is unbeatable, and the skiing in the winter is the best. We just knew we'd want to come back again and again, so we decided to stake claim and make our 2nd home in Rendezvous!
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
We love that our house is in the mountains, yet not completely secluded from society. We are so close to the ski resort, the tubing hill, shopping...everything really! But, when you're home in the house, you are in paradise...with magnificent views of the mountains, the forest behind the house, and our little wild visitors (we've spotted fox, deer and moose right in our backyard!). We're only a short distance to the lake, and only an hour from Denver.

Hi! We are the Zonis family. We live in Texas, but Colorado is our home away from home. We are a family of 9--that is we've got 3 kids, 3 dogs and a guinea pig plus Mom and Dad! (Although the pets are not allowed in the Colorado house!)Stacy is a teacher by trade, and also owns a custom candy wrapping business (www.creativecandywrappers.com). Elan works for a big computer corporation in software sales. We all love to ski, hike, play basketball and have fun as a family. We are so happy to be able to share our vacation house with other families!

Stacy & Elan, Thank you so much for opening your beautiful cabin to our family. We felt right at home and there was plenty of room for all 9 of us. We enjoyed cooking in the high-end kitchen and grilling every night out on the front deck. The views were amazing! We enjoyed playing in Winter Park and one of the highlights of the trip was exploring Grand Lake. We found a short hike within walking distance from the cabin and came across a field of Columbine that was breathtaking. Thanks again for helping to make our vacation fun and stress-free!
