Three bedrooms, three baths - (Sleeps 9-11). Park City Home near Ski Resorts! Only 15-20 minutes to Park City's Main Street and all three ski resorts of Park City: Deer Valley, Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort. Only 35-40 minutes to Salt Lake City and the SLC airport.
This cedar, mountain home sits on a hilltop on 13 secluded acres and boasts panoramic stunning views including the Wasatch Mountain Range.
Deer Valley, Park City, and The Canyons Ski Resorts are all visible from this idyllic perch. Deer are known to visit in the mornings. Occasionally, one may spot elk and foxes as well.The house is very spacious with 2500 square feet, three large bedrooms with adjoining three bathrooms en suite, and a great room that adjoins the kitchen and dining room. Windows surround the dining room and great room to maximize the breathtaking views.
The private road leading to the house is a tenth of a mile and in the winter is great for sledding. It is mandatory to have or rent a four-wheel drive vehicle for winter access. The home is located near the junction of Highway 80 and 40 for quick access to all that this area has to offer... world class skiing, gourmet restaurants, golf, fishing, hiking, etc.
The home exudes elegant comfort with gleaming hardwood floors and fine wool and handwoven rugs. Extensive dining and kitchen utensils are provided for in home entertaining. Down comforters and quilts and 300 thread count linens are also available. Most beds have deluxe memory foam mattress pads for enhanced comfort. Many books, magazines, board games, DVDs, CDs, and videos are available for your entertainment. Some children's toys are also available. Large double glass sliding doors open from the dining room onto a deck which has yarrow, hollyhocks and lilacs planted around it that bloom in spring and summer.
An ultra-deluxe six person hot tub sits by the deck facing the panoramic views... enjoy a luxurious soak under the stars or catch a glorious sunrise while 67 jets get an invigorating start to your day. Sipping your coffee or tea in the hot tub in the morning or sipping Bailey's Irish Cream at sunset can bookend another fabulous day here.
Master bedroom (sleeps 2) has a beautiful queen alder sleigh bed and bay window with seating; master bathroom has an extra large bathtub and separate shower. The guest bedroom (sleeps 3) has two twin beds put together as a king and a loveseat twin sofa sleeper. The loft bedroom (sleeps 6) is huge and has a king bed, a twin day bed with trundle twin that pops up to convert to a king, another twin bed and a loveseat twin sofa sleeper as well. All bathrooms are adjacent to bedrooms and all have bathtub and shower. There is a television in every bedroom and in the great room with DISH satellite system in every room and a Bose surround sound in the great room. This property is a tremendous value and is perfect for family get-togethers.

What beautiful views! The way the deer came right up to the house is amazing! There was so much for the kids to do here. In the end it took some time to get them to clean it all up. The house was very easy to get comfortable in, and an evening in the hot tub after skiiing was a nice added touch. There's just something about all of the stars and mountains that makes you feel so free here. In the end, it was hard to leave, as was it for the kids. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

What can I say except the views were "awesome". I spent a lot of time in the house looking at the views. Thank you for a wonderful stay here. It was great for our teenagers to have their own bedrooms. Loved the open rooms and the great view windows. We will definitely have to come next winter. Thank goodness we had 4 wheel drive for the road up to the house. Your hospitality was great!

What a gorgeous view looking out in the morning! We experienced a very "homey" feeling and immediately felt welcome! your home was equipped with everything and provided ample space.
