The Byron Guesthouse is located in the neighborhood setting of Lakeview, Chicago(near Wrigley Field). This single family two-storey Victorian home (circa 1911) has been beautifully renovated with all the modern conveniences, yet retains its charm.

We have a fully equipped modern kitchen with SS appliances, a full sized laundry room, a large dining room, living room, private deck and covered car port parking.

Our guest house has 3 bedrooms: 2 queen sized beds and 1 double sized bed. We also have a twin pull out sofa in one of the bedrooms and another queen pull out sofa in the living room. This allows up to nine people.

Two full baths are provided. The large upstairs bath suite also includes a jacuzzi tub with separate shower and dual vanities.

We have quick and convenient access to the "L" train and other public transportation and about 1 mile to Lakeshore Drive. The Southport Corridor is blocks away with boutique shopping, dining, grocery store, theaters and other entertainment. The Byron guest house is also within walking distance of Wrigley Field, home of our Chicago Cubs.

The Byron guesthouse is perfect for family gatherings/holidays, vacations, business convention housing, wedding/special occasion housing, etc.
